I am not using it for my current campaign, I want to play a regular character, but I might go for in another adventure with a heirophant. My friend, who was organizing the game, but I end up GMing the game, tells me that I should choose a spellcaster class that doesn't have all the umph of attack spells that a wizard has, so I should let our druid friend cast all the umph spells, but our druid friend rarely casts spells, he only cares about his giant pet ant. The characters are unique, fun, and it is easy to play. The stories are engaging, intriguing with unique opportunities to role play and be rewarded for various different outcomes. The stories is what makes pathfinder fun, and the people who design these games create great stories, fantastic places, and I am enjoying every game, every detail. I love the mechanics of the game because they either improve upon an old mechanic, or create new ones that add style and flavor to the game that is unique for the world of Golarion and the gods, and planets, and planes that inhabit it. I thank you Paizo, the staff, the designers, everyone for the great job, and personally I am not leaving. I love the work you have done, and the commitment you have placed, it shows in your product and personally, I love the style and takes you have gone in the style of play that is Pathfinder. Thank you.
I love pathfinder, it reflects my ideas about gaming, the world is beautiful, the modules are mature in story line and involved with characters, events tools to add to role-playing scenario and require more than go into unexplored dungeon, kill creatures, and take gold. The characters are unique, fun, and it is easy to play. The stories are engaging, intriguing with unique opportunities to role play and be rewarded for various different outcomes. I don't always play the same character, I notice that each character I create is dealing with a pyscological facet of mine; currently I am playing a mage who was wrongly accused of being a demonic witch by the Mendevian Crusade and set up for execution until being saved by his(mine) barbarian wife who is a guard in the crusade. What didn't help is that he is carrying the staff of a witch that was executed more than twenty years ago, and now whose spirit resides within the staff, teaching him arcane secrets and guiding his path. She recently left the staff and became an archon, so now my characters are on their own in the darklands dressed in Drow skin. It is a lot of fun. I got the idea of the witch's staff from BG2 "Staff of Rynn". I always loved the tragedy of the story behind the staff, that I incorporated it into my game. Of course everyone gets to beat up monsters and save the day, while the wizard gets to twiddle their thumbs? Everyone should partake in some action at some point. People have the most fun when they are participating in the action, not waiting on the sidelines. I like the idea of adding eldritch blast, sounds a lot of fun. I have found an interesting feat called a SpellGlyph which came out in Complete Arcane. I'm not sure how it works and I found it online. I don't own the book and the material that I place forth comes Complete Arcane:

"Spellglyph – you may create a special parchment which
you may use to substitute for the Verbal and Material

components of a spell. Each parchment is specific to
a particular spell, takes 1 hour to create, and
consumes inks that cost 25gp per spell level + the cost
of the Material component if more than 1 gp."

Does this mean that I can "re-scribe" a spell taking out the verbal and material components of the spell so that when I memorize it, I all have to do is create glyph-like gestures for the somatic component of the spell. Also does this have any effect for spell mastery in that now, if I mastered lets say grease, I don't have to worry about the verbal or material component or is that too much. I would love some clarification on this. Thank you.
I have a quick question. I have found an interesting feat called a SpellGlyph which came out in Complete Arcane. In all of my years of playing, I've never seen anyone use (dare I say "waste"?) a feat on Spell Mastery. My two cents: The rules don't allow Spell Mastery to be used on Words, but it seems like a reasonable analogy to me. Point taken. I don't think that Spell Mastery is too...morgandefey2012-11-19T17:12:34ZRe: Forums: Rules Questions: Word Casting and Spell Masterymorgandefeyhttps://paizo.com/threads/rzs2p659?Word-Casting-and-Spell-Mastery#42012-11-19T16:44:59Z2012-11-19T16:44:59Z
Zahir ibn Mahmoud ibn Jothan wrote:

That concept seems a bit too powerful for Word Casting to me.

Now I am intrigued in learning how to use word casting. My question is can I apply spell mastery to word casting. In other words, can I master a number of target and effect spells equal to my intelligence modifier. I would love the idea that my wizard can cast word spells with out the spellbook as well and it would be monster awesome if he could master both regular spells and word caster spells. Any help would be appreciated. :)
As a wizard I love learning spell mastery to master spells without using my spellbook. Now I am intrigued in learning how to use word casting.
