Some drawbacks and new lore feats. Clerics see a lot of love. A lot of this material is way to improve your character's back story and lore, which will benefit players who don't run ultimate campaign as well as players who do.
Some good dialogue here and there, but very straightforward. The difficulty can certainly be more challenging than one might expect at times. While the scenario plays out in a linear fashion, there are many hooks to "make your own fun" as others have said.
All in all this lead to some great role playing. The GM has some options yet the story is pretty straight forward. The NPC can be clunky at times but this is a fantastic season 0 scenario.
It's an expensive character sheet. I'm the type to buy character folio's so I had no problem spending the 10 bucks, but it has 2 really annoying flaws.
1) Normal paper doesn't quite fit in the pockets.
2) The first page has a kind of shiny laminate on it, meaning that pencil doesn't erase well on it, and it is very hard to see.
Outside of those 2 things it's kind of nice. Great for in-depth character creation, has little map for a hideout and ample space for character background.
I like it, I'll buy one for all my characters, but at 10 dollars there might be something else worth buying.
