I choosed criminal as background (since my character was a smuggler and thief before joining Sarenrae's faith), and choosed the investigator class. In the 1st level, he's still a novice on the Dawnflower's Church, he has to prove himself worthy of his deity's spells and recognition, and his religious order's aproval. That's the point of adventuring in the first level. When he reach the second level, I'm going to choose cleric dedication as a multiclass feat, and student of the canon as a skill feat, so now he's relatively good at church's rituals and traditions, and also he can cast some low level spells granted by his goddess.

He's still an investigator at his core, something like a "religious detective". I'm gonna take true strike, definitely. But the bloodline is more thematical than practical/mechanical for me. So, I'm visualizing the character as a chelish fallen noble, whose family have a bad reputation of practice intercourse with demons (if I take the infernal bloodline), or maybe one of his acestors was a infamous warlock from thassilonian times (if I take the imperial bloodline).</p>shroudb wrote:Your stats seem wrong:
