This scenario has some really cool story elements. It can be creepy and mysterious for the players who want to dig into the story. If your players are looking for a scenario that focuses primarily on combat, this might not be the best adventure, however there is certainly plenty of combat to be had.
Overall my table had a great time playing the event and really enjoyed solving the mystery. GM should be prepared to spend some time getting familiar with the plot points to keep things running smoothly.
Overall well done and I would certainly run the game again.
