So if the player in question is doing this as a need to survive then it would not be cannibalism though it may be very taboo. If he is doing it to gain power or enjoyment then it is cannibalism and thus evil. This is as close to game mechanics as I can find. Others including paladins may see it straight up as cannibalism in a society sense meaning there can be some major RP situations but if he's honest and respectful about it he could, mechanics wise, avoid the evil issues.
This sorta came up in the old 3.5 books, vile darkness I think. Not sure how big the castle is but I'd find it hilarious to try to bribe some kobolds and start a revolution in their own ranks. Once they get in the castle I'd worry about massive swarming too so that's an issue with just bash down the door tactics.
Psychics...hot button topic on their return and for obvious reason, new power type, balancing issues, so on. But I wondered, instead of making a class based on psychic energies why not a class based on the previous psychic types. Telekinetic was personal choice so I was thinking of this class focusing on spreading out damage potential and combat control. And further this telekinetic class could go through the different paths you see with cavaliers and clerics. These telekinetics could use off hand items with ease as well as bond with a certain number of items, such as useful swords and shields to control more consistently.

Psychic: Natural mental talent. Can control and move a few items at a time. Focuses on strong movement of items. As they progress they can becoming increasingly quick to grab and throw items at increasing strength and latest levels can cripple enemies with ranged combat manuvers.
Wizard: Usually low level dropouts who learned basic magic and went off on their own, or less skilled local wizards. Have a spell book but cannot cast spells directly. Can control a few items at a time and can use their items as magical catalysts, infusing low level various types of magic for later use or powering up commonly used items.
Sorcerer: A natural magical talent that extends to motion and kinetic energy. The can control a large number of items at once and thus make a small armory of items to help allies and hinder enemies.
Cleric: Given divine strength, whatever they bond with become catalysts for divine energy. Choosing from divine, chaos, or the like they can spread out battlefield controlling auras and at higher levels alter items into divine agents, such as daggers into holy steel birds.
Possessor: A soul based telekinetic who takes item bonding to an entirely different level, sharing his very soul. He can combine items into a single square to create a fuax soldier or beast. His more unique energy will at later levels allow him to straight jacket enemies or work as one with an ally similar to gestalt.

So, any thoughts? Like I said this is really just for fun and I've no idea if it'll get a lot of use, but if it turns out alright I can post it up for people's useage.
I have been indisposed for some time now but am going to attempt to hop back into Pathfinder, but during the busy time I was thinking of a potential homebrew class and, for personal curosity if nothing else, wanted to see if anyone had an idea or suggestion on it before I began all the hard number creation.
