I'm looking to do the same with my RotRL campaign, so lot's of great work here, thank you! :D

I've been wanting to make 3D tiles also. We're still new into this campaign - have just finished Glassworks, which would've been a cool one. I ran out of time to make Catacombs, and we alternate locations across the state, so not sure pack & travel would bode well.

I've found some cool player made stuff (just pics) on google, but I'll come back here and post pics if I make anything and to check if anyone else has.

Tabletop miniature terrain (for games like Warhammer, WarmaHordes, Flames of War, etc.) has lots of great tips on materials to use for your dungeon tiles, techniques, etc.

Good luck! :D

I'm new, so I have some questions and - though I've poked around on the forums here - I'm not sure where to ask; besides, maybe I'll help keep your thread off the dreaded page two! :O

I discovered Pathfinder July 2015 and never got to play, but only DM'd for my friends (been DM'ing D&D Red Box since 1984, and the first release hardbacks from the 80's for AD&D). I learned as I went with a homebrew, but now I'm taking them through Rise of the Runelords.

Anyway, my FLGS told me about Pathfinder Society, so I want to give it a try. I'm excited to actually play - for once! :D I got my ID#/Card, and downloaded the Pathfinder Beginner Box PDF (I actually own about a dozen Paizo Pathfinder books), and it says to download the "Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play," but I can't find that anywhere on the site here.

Also, I'm not sure which button to push on the site here to create a character. I know I'm not playing the Card Game, but do I select Register a New Pathfinder "Society Roleplaying Character" or "[...] Core Roleplaying Character"?

Thank you for reading all of this, and any help/direction you might offer for a newb.

I run an Eberron game here on the boards that just lost a PC, PM me if you have any interest in playing. It utilizes Pathfinder rules.

Thank you. How often do you require posting?

I admittedly know almost nothing about PFS, but if you look to the left side of your screen you will see a bunch of links. If you click on the one that says 'Pathfinder Society' that will take you to where you can download "Guide to Pathfinder Society Play" and probably the other answers you seek.

You can also check out the PFS sub-forums for more help.

I hope that helps and welcome to the boards.

I apologize, I did see the PFS section on the left, but didn't realize they're different forums. Thank you for the 'welcome' and I'll go read that section more thoroughly. :)

Hi. I've been DM'ing for decades, but I'm new to Pathfinder. I'm running RotR and we just had our first kickoff game last Saturday. They got to the end of the raid on the festival, but had to stop where they saved the nobleman and he was offering them dinner if they stop by the Rusty Dragon.

I'll keep checking this thread to see what your players do; the Bull Rush idea is interesting. I'll report here if my players do anything wacky or out of order, so to speak. :)
