I've just received the PACG Ultimate Equipment Add-on deck. Several of the cards in the back of one of the packs seem to have been glued together. Eight of the cards have noticeable print damage, or tearing to the card face.

I've just updated the payment method for 3737562. I've had this happen for the last 3-4 monthly subscription orders - I get asked to 'maintain the payment method' as it's not been accepted, and then I enter exactly the same card information as before, and the order goes through. Has something broken in my account settings that needs fixing?

I'm a bit late to the party with this one, but I noticed in this thread ( http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2s7qt?FAQ-Skull-Shackles-Promo-cards-section ) that Goblin Lockpick and Vomit Twin were sent out with S&S AD6. I got a Lockpick, but no Vomit. If there are any still around, is there any chance of getting one bundled with my next subscription shipment?
I recently received my first PACG subscription delivery (the add-on deck, order 2802266); my next scheduled subscription order is S&S 3, so I assume I started my sub too late to get S&S 2.
I want to order S&S 2, but it's showing as full price when it's in the cart instead of 20% off. Is there something else I need to do?
