About Yiri Mitsuru

Yiri grew up in a household of a wealth family. Somewhat of a blessed mystery to the family, they know of no planetouched within the family line for as far back as they could remember. Born to two humans, Orinoki Mitsuru and Kakinara Mitsuru, a noble family living in Goka. Her father a Magistrate within the city saw to upholding law, with her younger brother Yorinoko Mitsuru following his fathers foot steps but always keeping an eye out for his older sister.. While she was young it was quickly discovered that Yiri had a great talent for music, and speech. Even at a young age her talents were able to move the people around her to great heights of joy or depths of sadness. She received the best training of courtesans and musicians that could be bought, and trained in several languages. After some years of training she took to the political stage. While she was adept at speech, her true passion lay in the arts though and she eventually left the stage of the courts and took to the profession of a geisha, and courtesan for the wealthy. After a time she was inducted into a more secretive order of geisha named the Lotus. Here she learned to turn her voice and motion to magic. Weaving spells into her song and dance. After this training, she took on a wander lust, interested in the rest of the world outside of Goka. The Pathfinder Society locally took her interest very quickly and she joined, looking to see new places and people.
