Long time reader first time poster.
I'm in one of those infamous Evil PC Campaigns, and the goal of world domination/destruction has come up. To this end, seeing as we're bad people anyway, I was looking at stepping into the wonderful world of Biological Warfare.
As Such, Engineered plagues interest me greatly. I'm wondering if there's any rules by which I could sit my cabal of half-mad casters and alchemists down and get them to create me my very own plague. Costs required for research, points to spend on save DCs and onset times etc etc.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
