Wei shrugs and follows Falling Snow....scanning the area as he goes

perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

I figured something was up..I'm not in a hurry...take your time and get better Capt....

Nope...no one here but us dead people....

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

True..haste is likely the best course of action. I confess I do not know much about the spirit world, so I defer to you knowledge in the matter.

survival: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
knowledge local: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15 to see if there are any clues to where we are

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

That is the base of what i was saying, since we do not know where or exactly what we are.

Welcome Refeng. My name is Wei Dong. I too concur that we should be wary on our journey. I am not sure if we can be seen or heard. Stealth is the way for now I think.

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

You got mine right?

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

I too feel that pull....shall we?

Stop! The cave is the way back to the afterlife. Do not go that way.

After persuading the party to stop, Wei looks out over the land, trying to get a rough idea where he might be.

survival: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (12) + 13 = 25

Our answer lies out there... as Wei points to the land outside the cave.

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

Taking a second to realize that he is ethereal, Wei looks around. After the fact has sunk in, he peers down the cave...

It seems as though we have come to this place for a reason....let us see why....

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

Moving quickly before the ensuing chaos can cloud his mind and sever the tie to the mortal world, Wei dashes through the veil....

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

Center yourself...concentrate. Think of your homeland. Your inner spirit and will show you the path.

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

To me! I know the way out of this madness....this way!

Wei moves to the spot where he glimpsed the mortal world, motioning towards the others to follow.

good time to roll high on perception eh?

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

Seeing that he went the wrong way, Wei quickly reverses his direction and tries to find a path out.....

perception: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (19) + 13 = 32

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

I think the way to go is opposite the way the line is going. No time for indecision.

With that, Wei moves quickly before the ogres control the chaos.

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

I say my guy was poisoned by an assassin working for a tyrant landowner who thought my guys was coming for him. The tyrant got paranoid and hired a killer to slip some poison...yeah that works....

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

got it...current hp status 13/31

I think we should find somewhere a little more defensible..they might be back...maybe with their master. Unless you guys want to go after them...go on the offensive.

I could use a charge of healing.....still a bit roughed up from those blasted ghouls.

male Teifling Rogue 3, Init +9, perception +7, HP 24/24, AC 19/15/14, F +2, R +8(+9 traps), W +2

A man with a sullen face gazes across the multitude gathered. He stands slightly then most among them, his jade-green eyes piercing under his long black hair, tied in tail. He shakes his head, "This cannot be my destiny.....there are so many wrongs that need to be avenged. Enough of this madness....I must carry on!'' With that, he calmly steps out of the line and walks up to the nearest ogre. Standing in his armor; sword poised for ready action at his side, he says to the guard "If you value your current existence, let me through I have much to accomplish. What is your answer?"

intimidate: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

"Move or get moved.....the decision is yours to make.", he states as his hands rest on his dadao.
