Vek looks at the doshko in his hand, then back up at Cueta. He watches her calmly as she speaks with everyone else. Once they all have left, he claps her shoulder with one hand.
“You have been a guiding light, Cueta, even when in eclipse. I would give all the doshkos in the Veskarium to feel the warmth of your star on my skin once again, but it is a lucky warrior who gets to choose when to die. May your final voyage lead you to victory, and may your soul find peace in the vastness of space.” He salutes her as one would salute a general. “It has been an honor to serve with you.”
He does not look back as he heads towards the escape pod and the other Starfinders. What is done… One hand touches the weapon haft as if on its own. …is done.

Vek winces as his sound dampeners don’t kick in for a second. The turret twitches slightly as his hand involuntarily jerks the joystick controller, but he quickly re-orients it towards the de generator that is rapidly filling the viewscreen. He knows it’s a futile effort given the superweapon’s defenses, but he still programs all available weapons to fire repeatedly.
Maybe it’ll stretch the shielding, make the impact more… impactful. The beak can’t help but grin - both at the pun and the music continuing to make the floors vibrate. He waits for everyone else to clear the bridge before following them to the escape pods. Who would’ve thought that you’d end up here?

Vek grins at the sheer number of missiles and guns available from the gunnery zombie’s station, though the smile fades as he notes just how many of them create destructive blasts of negative energy.
My hunch is that the negative energy weapons will be ineffective against the opposing undead ships, but maybe I’m wrong?
As the ships move slowly into position, the vesk gleefully pushes button after button on the console. “Firing broadside - all forward guns and turrets!”

Apologies, I couldn’t help myself. Vek can use the Defy Gravity revelation as a move action to gain a fly speed for the round to get to the ceiling, then Gravity Boost to walk on the ceiling (which requires an Athletics check to stay there and not fall). Let me know if you see problems with this course of action - the revelation descriptions aren’t quite exact on how they’d interact.

Vek doesn't quite understand the captain's threat, but her humor at least makes him chuckle internally and that's enough to shake off the fatigue pulling at his bones.
Grimly the vesk focuses on the space between stars. Twelve points of light. Twelve swathes of darkness surrounding them. One dark is much like another, hmm? Fold them together, bridge the gap. With an uncharacteristic gasp, the warrior cries out and the cold light around his hands winks out.
At the same time, two circles of purple fire spring into life on either side of the mage's barrier. At the top of each, the flames twist together into the insignia of the Starfinder Society. Satisfied with his handiwork, Vek continues his dance around the reanimated bodyguard.
Wormhole time! Let's put them kinda in the middle of each group of Starfinders on either side of the wall - trying to not place them right next to an enemy that could make life difficult for someone passing through. Only members of the Starfinder Society can use the wormholes, and they'll last for 6 rounds. After that, Vek will take another Guarded Step to force the monk into provoking another AoO. If the AoO this round was enough to down it, Vek will remain in place and activate Gravitic Reinforcement to boost his saving throws before creating the wormholes.

If the Fatiguing effect was a spell or SLA, Vek has a +2 bonus to his saving throw. Otherwise he’ll have to either wait for Astrianna to get rid of it or simply live with it (or wait to use Soul Furnace on it after another few rounds). Since that’ll drastically change his actions for the round, I’ll wait to confirm with the GM regarding that bonus before posting actions for the round.

Vek exhales as the hulk falls, then inhales again when it rises to unlife. I had thought undead creatures were destroyed upon their second death… Was that thing alive? Not spending too much time thinking on it, the vesk dances back out of the attempted pincer maneuver and strikes twice at the risen bodyguard. This time, though, the light surrounding his fists seems cold and distant rather than bright and hot like it usually is.

Vek shakes his head as the twinned explosions rock the bridge. I could have sworn she just said not to engage in melee. I must have misheard her. Rather than waste time clarifying, the vesk lights his fists on fire - possibly for the last time - before hurtling through the aftermath of the grenades to punch the hulking monstrosity.
Move action to activate Plasma Sheath, Standard action to use Stellar Rush to charge the big dude. If need be, Vek will use his haste circuit to double his movement speed in order to reach.

Leveled up and ready to rumble. Biggest thing is a new revelation (Gravitic Reinforcement) and a new feat (Versatile Fighting). Vek can get Blind-Fight for 1 minute once a day via Adaptive Fighting, but he already used it today (against the worms of all things. XD). So for the low low cost of a resolve point, he can do it again now!

Vek still hasn't decided whether the thought is a prayer or a curse before an insistent alarm pulls him back to his body. Blinking a few times, his eyes finally register Cueta's prone form and his mind realizes that she is not moving. Quickly he kneels down, picking up some of the medical supplies haphazardly strewn around the floor and opening sterilized packets of medi-gel to spray into the holes in his copilot's armor.
