Paizo has done a lot of great things with this RPG but overall I have noticed that Paizo has made being a GM as easy as possible. This book will alleviate you from having to create stat blocks for many of the more common creatures. I have already used this book in a few of my campaigns to give my party a bit more of a challenge and a change instead of running the same base creature for 3-4 fights in a dungeon. I highly recommend this book as a GM.
