Pathfinder Module: Crypt of the Everflame
Game Master: Tim Broadwater
Levels 1–2
— Table 1 —
The young heroes of the town of Kassen are ready for their coming-of-age ceremony, an old tradition in which they retrieve a piece of the eternal flame burning in the tomb of the town’s founder. Yet when they arrive there, they find only the corpses of their fellow townsfolk, dead bandits, and mysterious animated skeletons. The novice heroes must brave the traps and perils of the Crypt of the Everflame, discover the source of the corruption that has awakened an ancient evil, and defeat a menace that seeks vengeance against Kassen and its people.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-13: Weapon in the Rift
Game Master: mswbear
Levels 5–9
— Table 2 —
Dire need begets great innovation, and Ghalcor, a cleric of Iomedae, created a revolutionary new weapon to fight the demons that poured out of the Worldwound at the end of the First Mendevian Crusade. Unfortunately, the fiends overwhelmed Ghalcor and his assistants before they could arm and trigger the weapon, but complex fail-safes sealed off Ghalcor’s tower and kept the device from falling into abyssal hands. As the Fifth Mendevian Crusade rages on, Ghalcor’s secret weapon could be the factor that turns the tide, so the Pathfinder Society has agreed to find a way past the indiscriminate safeguards to secure the device for the crusaders—a task complicated by their pushing past enemy lines.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-13: Murder on the Throaty Mermaid
Game Master: GothPanda
Levels 1–5
— Table 3 —
While on a routine mission to escort a dignitary to the mysterious Mordant Spire aboard a disreputable smuggler’s ship, the PCs find themselves embroiled in a murder mystery that could jeopardize the Pathfinder Society’s relationship with the isolationist elves who call the citadel home. Can the cunning Pathfinders discover who among the ship’s crew of scum and villains is responsible for the crime in time to clear their own names?

Pathfinder Society Scenario #4-1: Rise of the Goblin Guild
Game Master: Moskau
Levels 1–5
— Table 4 —
When a monster is discovered on the grounds of the Pathfinder Lodge at Heidmarch Manor in Magnimar, an investigation into its appearance leads the PCs deep under the City of Monuments—and face to face with a burgeoning thieves’ guild.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #6-10: The Wounded Wisp
Game Master: Netopalis
Levels 1–2
— Table 5 —
More than 400 years have transpired since the Pathfinder Society began in a humble tavern that has quietly weathered the centuries without incident. When a routine errand there uncovers a clue left behind by one of the founding Pathfinders, it’s up to the PCs to solve a puzzle whose pieces are scattered across Absalom—and whose prize dates back to the Society’s darkest years.

Pathfinder Module: Feast of Ravenmoor
Game Master: Tim Broadwater
Levels 2–4
— Table 1 —
When a clerk in the city of Magnimar discovers that, due to a clerical error, the village of Ravenmoor hasn’t paid taxes in years, a tax collector is sent to the distant community to settle accounts with its mayor. When the tax collector fails to return, however, a group of adventurers must travel to the town during its Founders’ Feast celebration to investigate his disappearance. Did he really make off with the taxes for himself, as the villagers suspect? Or did he never make it out of Ravenmoor at all?

Pathfinder Society Scenario #4-13: The Fortress of the Nail
Game Master: mswbear
Levels 5–9
— Table 2 —
The Pathfinder Society sends a team of agents into a Hellknight citadel to free a wrongfully imprisoned ally. Among the law-bound knights, however, they may find that getting out of the prison isn’t as easy as getting in.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-18: The Gods’ Market Gamble
Game Master: Netopalis
Levels 1–5
— Table 3 —
Valuable relics of religious natures have been disappearing on their way into Absalom and the Pathfinder Society stands to lose countless irreplaceable artifacts if the cause isn’t found. Amid the bustling markets of the God’s Market in the shadow of the Starstone Cathedral, the Society sets a plan in motion to ensure the parties responsible for the recent thefts are caught and brought to justice.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-11: The Library of the Lion
Game Master: GothPanda
Levels 1–5
— Table 4 —
Few societies have so vaunted a tradition of leading crusades as Taldor, yet the constant revisions to its history by scheming factions leaves the truth obscured by countless acts of political modifications. Even the lauded Kitharodian Academy’s texts are riddled with these changes, so when a secretive ally approaches the Pathfinder Society with information about a hidden archive that contains the unaltered histories, the Pathfinders plan a daring infiltration to recover the secrets of Taldor’s past victories so that Mendev might benefit from the discovery.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-5: Tide of Twilight
Game Master: Moskau
Levels 1–5
— Table 5 —
In researching a recently recovered druidic lorestone, the Pathfinder Society learns of a powerful artifact with the power to turn men into bestial abominations. Amid claims of increased werewolf activity in the region, the PCs travel into the heart of the Verduran Forest to retrieve the valuable relic from a cabal of evil druids believed to currently hold it.
WVPopCon (West Virginia Popular Culture and Comic Book Convention) is coming August 22nd and 23rd, 2015 – a convention held at Mylan Park in Morgantown, WV that includes exhibitors, creators, and panels on the latest and greatest comics, movies/TV series, toys, anime, manga, cosplay, and gaming – and the West Virginia Pathfinder Society will be running various level Pathfinder Society Organized Play Scenarios and Sanctioned Modules at WVPopCon over the two day period.

My thought is just to get in with as early entry as possible, which would be to take a level of MT at 4. As you pointed out it's very easy to meet the ranks by level 3, and the divine spell requirements, but for a Kitsune Sorcerer I'm not seeing a quick way to meet the arcane requirement. I would think a bloodline ability or just taking one feat could get you the qualifier for arcane casting, but I'm still looking into what's possible.

Doing it through Kitsune can give you a DC20 on you enchantment compulsion spells at level 1 (20 Charisma, Kitsune Magic, Spell Focus, and Mediator) so combining an Oracle and a Sorcerer's enchantment compulsion spells - Sleep, Command, etc - would be epic fun to play!

That are my only thoughts so far :)
Thanks a lot Angry Wiggles. My thought is just to get in with as early entry as possible, which would be to take a level of MT at 4. Doing it through Kitsune can...Tim Broadwater2015-01-06T21:02:42ZRe: Forums: Advice: Kitsune Mystic TheurgeTim Broadwaterhttps://paizo.com/threads/rzs2rusl?Kitsune-Mystic-Theurge#112015-01-06T18:42:20Z2015-01-06T18:42:20Z
I'm sorry if I sound confused, but DesolateHarmony are you stating that the Kitsune's Change Shape Racial Trait does in fact fulfill the '2nd-level arcane spells' requirement, or does the wording 'spell-like ability' need to be specifically present?
I'm sorry if I sound confused, but DesolateHarmony are you stating that the Kitsune's Change Shape Racial Trait does in fact fulfill the '2nd-level arcane spells' requirement, or does the wording 'spell-like ability' need to be specifically present?Tim Broadwater2015-01-06T18:42:20ZRe: Forums: Advice: Kitsune Mystic TheurgeTim Broadwaterhttps://paizo.com/threads/rzs2rusl?Kitsune-Mystic-Theurge#52015-01-06T06:09:00Z2015-01-06T06:09:00Z
I think all of the Kitsune early-entry posts I'm reading out there aren't PFS legal... I see what you are saying Thren, but there is an exception to that point... the Aasimar/Tiefling who has Pyrotechnics, which of course states that it is 'gained as a spell-like ability'.

I'm starting to look at the possibilities of doing it through Feats or Oracle and Sorcerer - much like people do with Cleric's of the Trickery domain getting Copycat and it counting towards the '2nd-level divine spells' requirement - but if you think of anything, please let me know :)
I think all of the Kitsune early-entry posts I'm reading out there aren't PFS legal...
We all know that to qualify to become a Mystic Theurge a character must fulfill all the following criteria:

• Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 3 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 3 ranks.

• Spells: Able to cast 2nd-level divine spells and 2nd-level arcane spells.

So, here are my questions at this point:

1). There are posts out there that state the Kitsune's Change Shape Racial Trait fulfills the '2nd-level arcane spells' requirement. Can someone clarify as to if this is true for PFS?

2). Is anyone aware of any Oracle Mysteries or Revelations that grant a spell-like ability that counts for the '2nd-level divine spells' requirement?
I know everyone is sick of Mystic Theurge early entry tricks, but I would really like to challenge myself to see if I can build a Charisma-based Kitsune Mystic Theurge from an Oracle and Sorcerer, with early entry at 4th level.

However, if you are playing one of the many Pathfinder Society classes that don't get an animal companion or mount, but you really REALLY want one for your character, how do you go about getting one?

For example, if you want the many extra Feats of a Fighter because you want to make a decent archer character, the only way I know to give the character a mount is to take the Nature Soul and then Animal Ally Feats.
