In the Armor as DR Variant Rules Section, it says it uses a new AC set up too, Defense Class instead of Armor Class, and that shield is used in this new Calculation still, but then it goes into how you lose the shield bonus when your Flat Footed or have lost your Dex Bonus, meaning from i read that there is no Touch AC, in that case how do many abilities, Feats and so on work without Touch AC?
Unless of course there a Touch DC and im just not finding it.
