I think the Keen Scent feat Scott suggested would pair well with some Pheremone Arrows.

I like Phalanx Formation on a reach build if you have room for it.

The Gauntlet has what you are looking for.
It’s a free module. Felt kind of like a Bonekeep lite.

I was bummed at first by the Protector/Tumor change but the idea of giving my dumb as bricks Bloodrager an imaginary friend(Sage/Figment) who is 2-3 times smarter than him will be an alright replacement.

My Operative is taking his first level in Soldier(Blitz) so he can pick up Improved Disarm & Pull the Pin at first level. 3rd level is fleet & mobility using Operative Exploit(Combat Trick).
4th level nets him Quick Movement +10' & he'll pick up Spring Attack at 5th. His speed should be 60' by 4th level.

There's a FAQ that says you add long arm after doubling your natural reach not before.

I didn't see anyone mention the Glamered weapon ability which would be my go to. It's not a bow, it's a fishing pole/umbrella//lute/flag/etc. Also, it's a little pricy but a Weapon Tattoo would work really well.

I'm in the camp that this use of "you count as your own ally unless it doesn't make sense to do so" does not prevent you from taking advantage of your own butterfly sting. I feel like people use that rule simply because they don't like it as opposed to it actually not making sense.

Special Abilities:
Bonus Feat: Humans select one extra feat at 1st level.

Skilled: Humans gain an additional skill rank at 1st level and each level thereafter.

Theme Knowledge (Spacefarer): You are obsessed with distant worlds, and you always mentally catalog everything you learn about new and strange places so you can recall it when you need it most. Additionally, you use your knowledge of biology and topology to inure yourself to alien hazards. Reduce the DC of Physical Science checks to recall knowledge about strange new worlds or features of space by 5. Physical Science is a class skill for you, though if it is a class skill from the class you take at 1st level, you instead gain a +1 bonus to Physical Science checks. In addition, you gain an ability adjustment of +1 to Constitution at character creation.

Primary Fighting Style: You have a preferred fighting style that represents the type of soldier you are. Each fighting style is composed of various style techniques that you learn as you gain experience. You must pick one fighting style upon taking your first soldier level, and once made, this choice cannot be changed.

Bombard: The bombard fighting style emphasizes attacking multiple targets, often using grenades, and leverages substantial physical strength to control large weapons with significant recoil. At higher levels, you can use launchers, missiles, and other heavy weapons.

Primary Style Technique: At 1st level and every 4 levels thereafter, you gain a style technique unique to your primary fighting style.

Grenade Expert: You increase the range increment of your thrown grenades by 5 × your Strength bonus. In addition, you’re able to salvage enough materials to create a grenade without paying for it. Creating a grenade takes 10 minutes. You can create any grenade whose item level is less than or equal to your soldier level, but this grenade is unstable and only you can use it effectively. If anyone else tries to use the grenade, it is a dud. You can have only one grenade created by this ability at one time (if you create a new grenade using this ability, the old grenade no longer works).

Proficiencies: Armor - Light Armor, Heavy Armor; Weapons - Basic Melee Weapons, Advanced Melee Weapons, Small Arms, Longarms, Heavy Weapons, Sniper Weapons, Grenades

Background:
"Bravo" Vizetelly was a victory baby, born to Lieutenant Caryl Vizetelly, a veteran of the Swarm War, and her husband James. Lieutenant Vizetelly was part of a collaborative effort between the Pact Worlds and the Veskarium, becoming good friends with her vesk squadmate Terikoraz "Skystrider." Unfortunately, Terikoraz lost his life in the squad's final battle, which also cost Bonar's mother her arm. In his honor, she gave her son the name Terikoraz as a middle name.

After Lieutenant Vizetelly received a medal for her valor and wounds and an honorable discharge, the Vizetellys moved to Absalom Station and settled down...for a given value of "settling down," anyway. You could take Caryl out of the military, but you couldn't take the military out of Caryl, and so Bonar grew up in a tightly controlled and regimented life, and when he grew old enough to go to the recruitment office, boot camp just seemed a natural choice.

However, Bonar had learned one valuable lesson from his mother's experiences and the loss of Terikoraz Skystrider: had their squad been better prepared, they might have beaten the Swarm attack that nearly destroyed them and Terikoraz might still be alive. While he completed his training exceptionally well, he quickly grew frustrated that the Pact Worlds' military didn't take these kinds of preparations as seriously as he did. His sergeant sensed his frustrations, but knew that if Bonar persisted he'd probably get himself in trouble. What he recommended was for Bonar to go into the private sector...in a way. He recommended the Starfinder Society, describing the Exo-Guardian wing of the organization and suggested it was there that Bonar would find his niche. As soon as his discharge papers came through, Bonar rushed to the Lorespire to apply, and soon was accepted into their Forerunner program, which Bonar found synergized with his own inclinations very well. Soon after he attended his Commencement and was now a full Starfinder. He immediately began canvassing for missions to attach himself to, figuring they'd ALL need a crack shot on their side to survive...

Personality:
Bonar sometimes appears to be a soldier without a war. He displays military precision and adherence to protocol in much of his actions, and appears to keep his thoughts and emotions to himself. In Bonar's mind, however, he believes he has aligned his feelings with the demands of a soldier: he channels his worries for his squadmates to attempting to prepare for any situation they may face, so he can ensure they all get out alive. He applies military thoroughness to his scouting and exploration missions to ensure the Starfinders get the best data possible, which in turn will make the mission easier and safer. He has a lot of respect for others with military experience of all stripes, especially from the Veskarium, and attempts to make sure that he treats all with respect, though he can sometimes act overly polite to shirren or other arthropodal species, to avoid comparing them to the Swarm. He prefers going by his callsign, Bravo, rather than his given name, due to the sheer number of bone-related jokes that were made at his expense back in Basic Training.
Description:
Bonar is the image of the heroic human soldier, almost looking like he walked out of a recruitment holo, flaxen hair in a military cut, a rugged-yet-warm face and in peak physical condition. He wears heavy, solid combat armor with the emblem of the Starfinders on one shoulder and the golden helmet of the Exo-Guardians on the other, the only marks that break up the camouflage that dominates the rest of it. He carries as much of his gear with him as possible in his backpack.
