We have a systems update ready to roll! As a result, we are going to wait for it to occur before we authorize July subscriptions. We plan for our new subscription authorization date to be Friday, July 8th. We are not pushing fulfillment, so we will start shipping subscriptions on Monday, July 11. We appreciate your understanding!

My subscription order seems to have disappeared from my account. I'd had the order in my upcoming orders 2 days ago, but it isn't there anymore. IS this because the authorization date changed?

Work on one monitor, email checking for shipping on the other, head swiveling between the two like an owl. Lets go.

It looks like last time there was an issue with your billing address. That was updated and we were able to ship the order. As long as nothing has changed it should be good when your next sub changes.

Last time my subscriptions tried to process, there was a problem with my credit card. I just want to make sure that everything is in order for the new subscription shipment. I believe it was an issue with a change of address.

So if this does work on aura abilitirs, what do you count as the "level" of the ability? The creature level?

Well that's a bit disappointing. It's a little disheartening to received your subscription after it's released to everyone else that didn't subscribe.

But circumstances being what they are, it's understandable. I just wished they'd charge me and give me my PDFs at least.

This. Charge me and hold my money till it ships, and give us our pdfs.

The issue I see here is a lack of communication. We're all still pending, and obviously a subscription doesn't guarantee an early pdf etc. From what I can tell, customer service hasn't answered many people over the last few weeks. Honestly, I'm considering cancelling my subscription for the future. I genuinely understand that they're slammed, and can't answer all the emails and messages they're getting. Everyone has it rough right now, but a simple stickied post asking us to be patient, or explaining what's going on would help. I could be wrong, or just have missed it, but a lot of what I've seen seems to be guesses or hearsay. If our subscriptions were going to ship late, we could have skipped this month and put money into our local economies via local game shops, many of which are struggling.

Im reaching out about order 30174513. Its been pending since last Friday, but has not yet been shipped or charged my card. I just would like to know when its estimated that I will be charged. I'm in the process of applying for a mortgage and am trying to plan around that. I sent an email over a week ago and didn't get a response. I know you guys are very busy, and understand these things take time. Just hoping there may be an estimate.

I noticed my order, Order 15932605 is still pending, and I havent been charged. It was marked pending on 2/11/20. I was just wondering if this is normal. Thank you!

Since the order creation has happened, can we expect shipping sooner than the 26th?

Hello! I'm sure there's a lot of this floating around but I want to make sure my subscription is going to be starting with the Pathfinder 2e Core rule book and will include the bestiary as well. I don't know if there's a way to set it, but I would prefer to only get Pathfinder 2e books. Right now it is showing that it is for Planar Adventures, and I do not want that. Thank you!
