My subscriptions order for September seems to be MIA. I don't see an order listed on my account and don't recall receiving an email about a September order. Just realized this today.
Also, I'm tightening my financial belt for a bit and would like to cancel all of my subscriptions plus the Starfinder logo t-shirt in my sidecart.
I would still like the replacement Starfinder Core Rulebook in my sidecart. It's a replacement for a subscription copy with a damaged binding.
I cancelled my AP subscription earlier this year, but decided I couldn't live without it and re-subbed. I received #115, the first volume of Ironfang Invasion in March, but not #116. Now, my subscription page shows #117 will ship in April with no sign of #116. Can you add #116 to my April subscription shipment and downloads?
Re-evaluating finances at the moment and need to cancel my subscriptions. I'm currently subscribed to the adventure path and maps lines.
I'd also like to cancel all of the items in my sidecart.
I will probably purchase APs and the new Starfinder material later as PDFs. I do wish there was a PDF-only subscription option. Regardless, you'll eventually get money from me to support Pathfinder and Starfinder. :)
My order shipped today, including the Curse of the Crimson Throne limited edition hardcover, but the pdf download for the new version of the adventure is not available in my downloads. The old version I purchased previously is in my downloads, but not the new version.
As an adventure path subscriber, I thought I would get the pdf download when my order of the hardcover shipped.

I'm subscriber to the Roleplaying Game line and a GenCon volunteer. Because of my volunteer level, I will get a free copy of Horror Adventures at GenCon. What can be done to prevent me from getting two copies of the book? Should I cancel my Roleplaying Game subscription or suspend it for the month so I don't get a free copy and pay for a second?
Please let me know.
A couple of things about this order.
First, it appears that two minis I've ordered are not in stock. I'd like to cancel them.
Second, my order is being sent in two shipments. Is this the cheapest method? Why not put the Adventure Path, Flip Map and Map Pack in one shipment? I prefer whichever method is cheaper.

I just added the Dungeon flip-mat classic to my sidecart (Order 3717726). Can you ship it with my October subs? I'd love to get it by October 17th. I'm running The Crypt of the Everflame on that day and this flip-mat would save me a lot of drawing. I know you can't guarantee it, but a guy can hope. :)
EDIT: Actually, how much would it cost me to upgrade my shipping for this order to USPS Priority Mail? I might want to do that to increase the odds that I get the flip-mat before the 17th.
Please cancel my Pathfinder Pawns subscription and remove the Giantslayer pawns from my current order. It seems the pawns are affecting my subscription shipping costs and methods.
Also, can you please combine my order into one shipment? There is currently one flip mat shipping alone at a cost of $4.44 while the rest of my order is shipping together at a cost of $13.97.
The Pathfinder Pawns Monster Codex is among my subscription items this month. My order spawned and the shipping cost seems pretty high.

For some reason, this item is shipping separately from my other items (via UPS Ground. Other items are shipping USPS) and the shipping cost is more than 50% of the item's price. Can this be correct?
First, I'd like to cancel the Deck of Many Things from my order. Meant to do that after it didn't ship last month, but forgot.
Second, I'm wondering why my order is being sent in two shipments, with the flip-mat arriving separately from the rest of my subscription items. Doesn't this just increase the shipping costs? If it's all going to arrive this month, I'm happy to wait a few days for the items to ship together.
The April shipping thread says we should post a new item if we have not received an email that our subscriptions have shipped. Well, I haven't received an email that my subscriptions have shipped.

Got my Dragon's Demand marketing poster in the mail today, but the cardboard tube it was in was damaged. Seeing that, I was a bit concerned that the poster inside would be damaged too and it was.
The poster has big wrinkles along one side and looks pretty bad. Can I get a replacement? Do you need pictures of the damaged item?
I got an email today that my Pathfinder Battles shipped (Yay!), but noticed something odd on the web page showing the rest of my order.
This is displayed above my shipment for the Module, Flip Mat, Adventure Path and Player Companion:
It says it shipped November 10th, but it's also expected to ship in 2-14 business days. The items are not available in my downloads and clicking the link to track the package shows this info from UPS Mail Innovations:
I'm not concerned about when I get the items, but I want to make sure there hasn't been a glitch that causes the system to think my items shipped when they haven't.
My July subscriptions have not yet shipped and I'd like to make sure that they're not on hold because I added dice that are backordered. I ordered "Pathfinder Dice Set: Rise of the Runelords". If that's stopping my order from shipping, please move the dice set into my sidecart for a future shipment.
I have had the item below in my sidecart since May.
GameMastery Face Cards: Friends & Foes Deck Deck
I originally ordered it even earlier, but it was removed then re-added to my sidecart and never shipped. It was out of stock, somehow cancelled, then back in stock. It's been quite strange.
The cards appear to be in stock at this time and I'd like this item to ship with my next subscription shipment. Is that possible?
One other thing: I have these two items pre-ordered, but they don't appear to be set to ship with a subscription shipment.
I'd like them to ship with my subs, if that's possible.

Got my subscription and sidecart order processed today, but no Harrow Deck was included. The pre-order for the deck is still in my sidecart on my account page, but it's not attached to my subscription order.
Also, I didn't seem to get the MAY14 additional 10% discount on my sidecart items. In fact, I was charged extra today for a digital download that was part of my MAY14 order. Maybe I misunderstood or maybe I'm failing at math today, but the MAY14 announcement said the 10% would apply in addition to the Pathfinder Advantage discount.
"And if you're a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber, you'll be able to stack your bonuses and get both your Pathfinder Advantage discount and 10% off your order"
Here's one example from my sidecart order which should have the Pathfinder Advantage discount of 15% and the MAY14 discount of 10%:

I placed this order a few minutes ago and apparently made a mistake with shipping options. I want it to ship with my May subscriptions, but see that it's scheduled to go out as a separate order.
Also, I re-activated my Player Companion subscription with this order, but want it to start with the Harrow Handbook. My subscription page now indicates that I will receive the Undead Slayer’s Handbook and Alchemy Manual with my May subscriptions. I don't want these two items.
I had the shipping and subscription options set correctly for this order, then added one more item before checking out. I'm guessing that adding that last item reset the options.
Sorry for the trouble. Can you fix this?
I have three orders in my sidecart waiting to ship with my May subscriptions. I'm wondering if I can get the "May14" discount applied to them.
I realize the discount is only good for one order. So, if the only way to get the discount is to cancel the orders in my sidecart and resubmit them as one order, I'm willing to go that route.

I ordered the "GameMastery Face Cards: Friends & Foes Deck" when stock was dwindling and had it added to my side cart. Apparently, stock ran out before my subscription shipment and now the cards are no longer available.
Please cancel this order so it will no longer appear in my side cart and appease my OCD.
I placed an order Monday, March third (Order 3030257) that's sitting in my sidecart. It includes an item discounted yesterday for Paizo's GM Day sale (GameMastery Flip-Mat: Haunted Dungeon). The price listed in my order is $11.04 and the new sale price is $9.74.
Since the sale runs through March 10th, can I get the sale price on this item instead of the price listed on my order? It's only a dollar or so, but I love saving money, even if it's only a dollar!
I just received my order of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Launch Poster and it has a huge wrinkle from top to bottom.

How do I go about getting a replacement poster?
This is my seventh post on the Paizo forums and I want to change my avatar name to remove the dashes around my real name. When I try, I get the message "That avatar name is already in use by another account."
I realize that my name is not uncommon. However, I'd be very surprised if someone with the same name as me not only uses these forums, but uses this name to post.
I have fewer than 10 posts, so I should be able to change my name.
I accidentally purchased the same Paizo PDF twice. I'm hoping you can help me.
On May 30th I ordered a PDF of "Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness", not realizing I had purchased the same PDF just two weeks prior. Usually, after I've purchased a PDF, I see the text "in your downloads" on the product page. I didn't see that on the "Second Darkness" page, so I placed my order. The purchase went through and my credit card was charged.
I realized my mistake later that day, when I went to my account downloads page and saw the purchase date listed as "Tue, May 14, 2013" instead of that day's date. Checking my email records, I found confirmation emails for both purchases.

My question is, can I get a refund or store credit for my second purchase of the same PDF? I love Paizo's Pathfinder game and hope that you can show me some love as well by saving me from my own error.
