So in my last game my fighter asked a vendor for a magical item to help him disguise himself due to how covert the mission was going to be (infiltrating a royal ball to gather inlet on a villain). He sold my character this belt at a price he couldn't refuse, and as it turns out the belt was the infamous Girdle of Opposite gender.

So my character is a girl now and after talking with the party decided to stay that way since technically it is the best disguise for the situation. I am having fun playing it and the other players are joining in on the fun.

Next Session we will be going into a dungeon and then into the ball proper, I am looking forward to seeing what my character might get into while in this form, and some of the players are plotting to keep her a female.

This is the first time I have had a character be hit with the Girdle of opposite gender and it is fun. One party member is trying to be helpful and another one is trying to tease her at every corner and another is just upset that my character is treating being a girl as just a disguise. Lots of different reactions and roleplaying opportunities.

Anyone else have shape-changing related moments in their games? Anything you think I should try before my character turns back (or if she turns back if some players have their ways).

Where are all the lycanthropes? I know it will take some time to get all the pathfinder classics brought into space, but they are a classic. i been wondering what the rules will be since in space the moon can be anywhere. You cna have lycanthropes on a moon.

The little trap makers, on of the most iconic monster fodder next to goblins. With their affinity for tinkering they should be in space with the others. What is the lore around them, are they on Triaxus? Did their trap making prowess translate into them being naturals in tech companies? Did their xenophobia hold them back at all, or like the Elves are they prospering in their own way?

It has been many many years since the days of these races being the bottom of the barrel, fodder for low level parties. We now live in space and the core races have been changed. New classes have popped up and new tech. Everyone has star ships now as well. What do you think became of these ankle bitters?

let's look at Goblins. They are not dumb, but they are scavengers, using other race's advancements for their own gain. they can make weapons, but their Dogslicers are fragile and easily break. Their armor and clothing is made up of things they find from animals and people they manage to catch and take from them.

Unless something drastically changed their culture they could be seen as a race that still takes from other races and builds their own, lesser versions of their weapons. The name Dogslicer and Horus chopper come from their hate of these beast, whatever weapons they make might share such distinctions against what they hate now.

As for Kobolds they live underground and usually worship dragons, demons, or any other powerful thing that they believe will share the power with them or they will somehow gain strength by having one on their side. They are expert trap makers and tinkerers making them very likely to be successful in the new tech based setting.

being stripped from their home planet like the rest they would need to adapt and I can easily imagine them excelling as miners and helping to advance tech for corporations.

Ok so I was watching some Buzz lightyear of Starcommand a while ago while planing for a pathfinder game. I remember these forms are up and I was just wondering if there are any plans for some cool classic monsters turned into more space themed monster.

like the nos-4-a2 energy vampire that had control over any tech he corrupted. or the "Wirewolf", a human that when hit by some form of radiation turns into a fully robotic werewolf. Probably can be extended into other lycanthropic forms as well
