When I first looked at this miniature at the picture, my first reaction was to question the hands. They looked a bit weird on it, but nevertheless I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised that the arms look a lot better than the picture and the crab-bra looked better than expected. Overall a good purchase.
Some of you may look at this angel here and wonder why she is so expensive. I will tell you why, through my story. Today I went to the post office and got myself a packet full of ten miniatures, a DM screen a whole army of paper and very pretty dice. When I opened it and started taking everything one item at a time, I stopped suddenly. In my hands I held this miniature and I could not stop looking at her wings. I immediately opened the item and grabbed the wings. By all the things that are holy, these wings are unnaturally good. The detail on them is just amazing. The whole miniature is amazing, but the wings... They are just amazing.
There was only one problem with the sword, being a bit bended, but after a bit of messing with it(carefully and slowly applying pressure to bend it back). Now It looks perfect and I am pondering if I should try to paint her.
The Pearl Mermaid is extremely detailed. My only problem is the find and the need to use external tools in order to make them fit. Can't wait to get the paint and try make her even better.
By all the gods that I believe in, this dice are so beautiful and nice to look at, that I am sure everyone will feel jealous and will want a set for themselves.
