Natual Attacks:
Bite: Sahuagin have a natural bite attack that deals 1d4 points of damage. This bite is a primary attack, or a secondary attack if the creature is wielding manufactured weapons.
Claws: Sahuagin have two claw attacks that deal 1d4 points of damage. These are primary natural attacks.
Blood Frenzy: 1xd: whenever a sahuagin takes damage, frenzy for 1 minute(10R); gaining a +2 racial bonus to Con & Str but a –2 to AC.
Coastal Adaptation: Gain the Amphibious subtype. This racial trait replaces Blind Sense and Light Blindness.
Speak with Sharks: Sahuagin can communicate telepathically with sharks to a distance of 100 feet. This communication is limited to simple concepts, such as “attack,” “come,” and “defend.”

Class Abilities:

Weapon Proficiency- Simple and Martial Weapons
Armor Proficiency- Light, Medium Armor and Shields.
1st: Studied Target- A slayer can study an opponent he can see as a move action. The slayer then gains a +1 bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive, and Survival checks attempted against that opponent, and a +1 bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls against it. The DCs of slayer class abilities against that opponent increase by 1. A slayer can only maintain these bonuses against one opponent at a time; these bonuses remain in effect until either the opponent is dead or the slayer studies a new target.

If a slayer deals sneak attack damage to a target, he can study that target as an immediate action, allowing him to apply his studied target bonuses against that target (including to the normal weapon damage roll).

At 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th levels, the bonuses on weapon attack rolls, damage rolls, and skill checks and to slayer DCs against a studied target increase by 1. In addition, at each such interval, the slayer is able to maintain these bonuses against an additional studied target at the same time. The slayer may discard this connection to a studied target as a free action, allowing him to study another target in its place.

At 7th level, a slayer can study an opponent as a move or swift action.

1st: Track-A slayer adds 1/2 his level (minimum 1) to Survival skill checks made to follow tracks.
2nd: Slayer Talent-Rogue Talent-Combat Feat: Weapon Focus Claws. +1 to hit with claws.

Traits and Feats:

1. Absolute Order Defector:{Campaign} While you initially worked for the Absolute Order, whether because of loyalty to the Empire, or because you come from one of the races under the Order’s control. But now, you’ve seen the error of your ways and have left the Order’s Oceana to join with Prince Cadmael.
Benefits: You gain +1 to Knowledge (Arcana), Swim, and Intimidate checks and choose one of these to
become a class skill. Additionally, you begin play with up to 400 gold worth of Scrolls, Potions, and
Wondrous magic items.
2. Deepsea Native {Regional}: You gain a +2 trait bonus on Knowledge checks to identify aquatic monsters. Anytime you are looking through water and would take a penalty on vision-based Perception checks due to murkiness or other natural circumstances, reduce the penalty by 2

Background:

Shad was hatched into a harsh society. Survival of the fittest was the watch phrase. He excelled in surviving, earning a place in Ocean's elite secret police that would ferret out dissidents and deal with them as needed...and dissidents there were aplenty.

Then one day Shad watched as a good ally, for noone really truly had friends, was set up and framed for being a dissident and dealt with accordingly.

That made Shad think...if it could happen to his comrade,it could happen to anyone...including himself. Anyone who was in the way of anyone elses progression or agenda, could be framed. He wasnt protecting a way of life...he was helping others climb the ladder of prosperity and power....soon his thoughts turned to why...always why...it was easy for his mind to turn to rebellion after this realization. There needed to be something more....
