Continuing on the drum, Seggiatore begins playing a paradiddle that quickly ramps up in speed and volume. Once it reaches the top of the crescendo and sounds more like a drum roll than separate beats, he injects a single magical note into the bubble of music he has created and it erupts out at the spider in a torrent of solid sound.

Seggiatore signals Gorm and coordinates with him to shake the toothy spider to its core before the bard unleashes something out of the creature's nightmares to tear at its mind.

Scribbling furiously, Seggiatore nods along with all of the dragon's bragging and posturing. He mutters little "oh yes" and "indeed" responses from time to time, but is acting the part of scribe and poet to a tee.

Finally ready, he reads aloud,
"I wish I were a dragon
with diamond-studded scales,
with claws like crystal sabers,
and fangs like silver nails.
I would be proud and witty,
and known for being smart.
Legends would spread far and wide,
tales of my amazing art.

I wish I were a dragon
with eyes of shining gold,
who no one had the better of,
and nothing bad was told.
A dragon so impressive
I shine in night or day,
but not a wicked dragon
hiding my beauty away."

The little bard begins plucking worms out of his clothing, hair, and gear, and as he does so he starts singing a much more pleasant tune in gnomish. It's wistful, but filled with hope. It's unclear whether he even realizes he is singing, or that he picked this song on purpose.

I think the green area-of-effect may have moved slightly (one square up?) by mistake.
Last round, I moved out of it, at the 'northwest' corner, but this turn it was covering me.

Seggiatore skirts the area of entanglement before picking up the last echoes of his song and continuing its rhythmic effect.
Once he is within range of the remaining beast, he sustains the glaive and it whips across the battlefield to strike.

Yeah, the wording on that feat is so weird.
We always played that it was first, or else what happens with the +2 if I've already made the save?

In this case, the first two rolls are interchangeable, so I can happily do them in the order of your preference in the future.

And you're right, I missed the regen note! TY
