An annoying curse that runs for a few weeks, simple enough to remove with remove curse or any other cure spell, but the catch is, it jumps to the cure caster, and continues to transfer to each next healer/curse remover until it's time runs out. Some powerful Fey or extra-planar beings may endow the casting of some such curse that a mere mortal spell may have troubles with.

It may be comic, but as a good defense pick up the feat Roll with It! It's a Goblin only feat (Goblins of Golarion), along with the traits Bouncy and Restless Hunger or Mother's Teeth. Another good feat from GoG is {Burn! Burn! Burn!} and {Dog Killer, Horse Hunter} might also have some odd use.

For equipment, from GoG is Vicious Caltrops and Tossglove may be of some interesting use.

For standard gear, a Dogslicer or Horsechopper for that Goblin pride.

by the chart, creatures of 5HD or less do not even detect, so a dozen improved kobolds that are CR 3-4 each would not be detected. CR 1(or less) Undead only have a faint aura. Reinforced doors with enough metal or a sheet of lead mixed in would block detection as does a foot of stone.

A friend is running a campaign where below the great one are Saints, and a follower of that order must take the domain that associated with the Saint, but is free to choose their second if it doesn't conflict with the orders view, Like Healing would avoid association with Destruction, ect...

Have two of the dwarves start a bar room fight to get the rest of the parties attention while the remaining two take the bard down. As an added measure, have a special complementary meal sent to all the PC's rooms, but the bards has been laced with distilled Snapdragon or other sleep inducing item, or heck, everyone else gets roasted chicken while she gets turkey, Everyone falls asleep after eating enough Turkey!

Invulnerable is a +3 Enhancement cost but grants the wearer DR 5/Magic, but looking for Blunt attacks, from 3.0/3.5 there is Hammerblock* with a +2 Enhancement cost, but grants the wearer a DR of 5/(Piercing/Slashing), which basicly means a magic hammer/mace will still have 5 points of damage removed, but piercing/slashing weapons still do normal damage.

ok no feather fall, so take fall damage -5 from DR (unless falling on spikes, OUCH!).

The sword cuts as normal but as the blade passes, the wound heals as quickly, leaving not a scar, but the process of accelerating days of healing in mere seconds leaves the target with a fatiguing effect, hence the Non leathal damage. Stealing the visual from Wound Healer from the Book of Swords there.

Ok, here's a few:

Riptide
Sweating Bullets
The misadventures of Sheriff Lobo
Its you're move
Herman's Head
Wizards and Warriors

Loved Wizards and Warriors, there was also Covington Cross, which sadly, never saw the last episodes aired in the states...

It's Your Move! Yes! "The Dregs of Humanity!" Remembered!

And I remember Sheriff Lobo, was a semi-villain on BJ and the Bear, but as a spin off, we got to see him as a hero instead.

Reboot Reboot! Seriously, there's a cartoon called Reboot.

By Main Frame Entertainment IIRC, same company that did Transformers: Beast Wars.

There was that attempt to reboot "Lost in Space" last 90's that didn't go anywhere. There was talk of a "Space 1999" continuation, 2099 I think, but never saw much more on it. Knight Rider retries came and went, Viper was similar but good, Time Trax seemed unfinished, Invisible Man left off for a possible additional season that never happened.

Cliff Hangers was a good series that ran 3-4 short episodes of different series, Kolchak the Night Stalker was better than the reboot it got last decade.

Sadly, a lot of great classics I just can't see reboots of simple because of settings that don't exist any more.

I can only see bad things come out of this...
Goblins... Fire... Goblins... Fire...
Give them a potion of fire resistance(it wont help but...) and some one shot enchanted item that when broken, release a lvl 20 empowered delay blast fireball, and goblins are crazy enough to run in with any thing that is on fire or will combust! Most demons have some resistance to fire, but very few have immunity, so get enough crazed roll with it agile goblins to rush into the world wound and watch the fire works! Oh, and let's not forget the moral boost fellow tribe goblins will get to follow with even more destructive fireworks!
"Many Goblins Died closing the Wound!" will be chanted for ages to come, and how shamed will followers of Iomedae be when bards sing of how lowly goblins rolled back the demon scourge where noble knights could only struggle!

I had an Emerald Spire miss-hap around 2 weeks ago as well, I'm describing the room they enter in and before anyone can finnish investigating, the half orc brawler just crosses the room, setting off a trap, half killing the party and setting off an alarm. Then after a series of bad rolls, finally open a locked door, where having several rounds of warning, an ambush happens. One party member dies due to an unexpected crit, another nearly dies as well from provoking an AoO which ended up a crit as well. Party wins encounter, but are in bad shape and only one member can get out for help. It was just the beginning of the level too... We continue tonight...

Well I guess if you Really want to continue acting, a GM could apply one of the most fitting Undead templates to your character, like a Revenant, since you likely want to kill that which killed you, and thus we explain why sooo many undead are running around...

Over all I liked it and look forward to further episodes, as to things I noticed, the music felt very similar to existing star treks series of the past, yet was it's own. Characters again could be mash ups of past characters, but while campy and quirky, show potential to develop into their own unique character as the show progresses. Research/Exploration ship vs Warship, out gunned and shields failing, but using exceptional agility to evade with shields down? That was a rather unique approach to combat.
We'll see how it is down the road a few episodes in, but it's looking good so far.

With Taverns of the Inner Seas coming out, I recommend we open one in Rysky's honor, Hmmm, would "The Rysky Endeavor" work as a pub/bar name? It can have a special door that opens at random to another plane or city in the inner seas every hour! And we can fit the Pugwampi with serving outfits! before they gag, the alternative is *holds up bucket of melted chocolate*

I remember in 3.5 there was a "Hopeless Character" rule where if all bonuses added up less than 4, you could reroll the whole set, and the set I see only has a total +1 mod to it.

Another Idea "Your not an orphan any more!" a lost sibling is found having escaped weeks earlier with tell that the raid that killed family and childhood friends was a slavers raid. Travelling with family as you rescue the next member.

Short down times for wagon repairs, trading, week to a month for local celebrations/carnivals/Tournaments. Could also work at sea/river ways.

I was looking at Death Clutch, which says (in part) that death can be averted by casting Regenerate on the character the next round. Problem: Regenerate has a casting time of 3 rounds. As nobody will have ever started casting Regenerate two rounds prior to someone else casting Death Clutch, this way to save the victim seems meaningless to me. Am I missing something? How would that work short of predicting the future or just happening to have a regenerate spell cast and ready to be discharged?

On an related note... any other suggestions for a high-level, evil cleric who wants to put a truculent underling in his place (without permanently killing him)? Trying to come up with something creative and a little flashy.

Spell Completion items like scrolls and staves would be an option.

if a weapon has a threat range of 19-20 x2, effectively a 10% chance of a critical hit, Improved Critical(Weapon Name) will have that range doubled, in this case now 20% or 17-20 x2.
for lower crit weapons like a Great Axe with a threat only on a 20 (x3)[5%] it would now crit on a 19-20(x3)[10%].
for a higher crit like a Scimitar, 18-20 (x2)[15%] it becomes 15-20 (x2)[30%].
Improved Critical only works with the weapon it was selected for, but may be picked up more than once for additional weapons.

They do hit often with Touch AC attacks, damage is average, but boosted a lot on a confirmed crit or Alchemist rounds, so they have their moments, plus Grit for special bonus options. However, hard to silence a pistol shot, so may cause more random encounters/patrols to show up, may trigger an avalanche or other natural disaster. It is a class of extremes, depending on GM.

Not if he doesn't have the spells prepared. You can't just write spells down because you had them written down somewhere before.

Wizards don't need to have a spell prepared in order to scribe it into a book. You're thinking of scrolls. All they need to do is put in the time to research the spell (or copy it if they already know it). Wizards make copies of their spellbooks all the time, just in case one of them gets destroyed. They don't need to memorize every spell in their book to make a new one. (this wizard is learning that the hard way)

Mostly, copying spells, or researching spells, is about time and money.

Though lack of resources can hamper said copying/researching of spells...

Being the tomb of a heroic warrior, it could have been blessed and sealed with holy symbols of the local faith, perhaps preventing the lich from even getting with in 5-10ft of the exit due to warding magic, and the spirit of the dead warrior may have disrupted alternate plans of escape as well. So lvl 11 Dwarf Necromancer(CR 10) with Lich template(CR +2) but hampered by lack of spells? Probably reduce the CR 1 to 3, or perhaps it regains some of it's spells by destroying the very gear he created for the dwarf warrior, reclaiming spell energies to inscribe new spells?

Quite interesting, I have a campaign running with a recovering village in the Wolfrun hills that has had strained relations with Falcons Hollow and since Ulizmila played a role in Falcons Hollow but her fate was left hanging, I've been using her as a background antagonist, fueling conflict between the village the PC's are protecting and Falcons Hollow, as a means for revenge for the nears extinction of her line in Falcons Hollow. A Coven orchestrating conflict has been my background theme and needed more resources...
