Salena's wounds close a tiny bit more.

Salena peacefully lies on the deck of the ship, quietly healing.

@GM: I went to -6 the round I was healed, instead of bleeding out to -8, so I have my HP to -5 for this round.

Unless healed:
Stabilize: 1d20 + 1 - 7 ⇒ (15) + 1 - 7 = 9

Salena continues to bleed out.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Salena dodges one punch, then takes a punch from each other fighter. Already considerably wounded, she has no time to try to dodge the woman's attack. The scimitar cuts into Salena, and she goes down.

Stabilize: 1d20 + 1 - 6 ⇒ (7) + 1 - 6 = 2

Salena slowly bleeds out.

For a moment I forgot I'm playing in subtier 4-5 with a level 2 character... -_-

Salena moves forward and readies an attack versus the first enemy to come within cutting range.

Readied Attack: Sawtooth Saber: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Salena draws both of her swords and goes total defense.

"As long as I get it back if you don't have to use it," Salena says, and hands Maldrek a flask of acid.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13

"No idea what you guys are talking about. Which ship?"

Salena stretches her neck and, with someone pointing it out, finally sees the ship. "Geez, how'd you notice that? You have keen sight, don't you?"

Salena takes a step away from the swarm and sheaths both of her swords.

"Guys, come over here!" she yells at the others. "I have one alchemist's fire and two flasks of acid in my bag! Just take and use them!"

Salena draws her sabers as she moves over to the big leech, which she tries to cut down.

Salena moves up to the goblin with the blue pants and attacks it.

Salena swings both of her blades at the goblinoid in front of her.

Salena heads over to one of the kijikama while drawing both of her swords. "And what do you think you are doing?!"

She swings one of her blades at the creature when it's within her reach.

"Agreed," Salena says as she sheaths her swords.

She ties the men up with their own belts, then knocks them unconscious and tosses them back on the soil.

"Alright, let's go."

Salena swings one of her sabers at the official and directly follows the attack up with a swing from her other saber.

Maldrek pulls out his warhammer, grabs it with both hands, and swings it at the guard between him and Salena.

Salena draws both of her swords while moving over to the official, then swings one of them at him. "Didn't I tell you to piss off?!"

"Hmpf!" Salena doesn't stop the man and his followers from boarding, but she does try to keep an eye on them.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Diplomacy: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (1) - 2 = -1

"Piss off, you stinking bureaucrat!" Salena yells at the officious-looking man, adding more strength to her words with an improper gesture.

"I'm not paying your darn taxes, I pay enough already!"

Salena follows Ogokai and the others to the shrine, where she quietly eats some of the food and awaits the man's reply to Hikage.

Salena continues to shoot at the leader.

Cold Iron Arrow: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Salena fires another shot, this time at the leader.

Cold Iron Arrow: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Salena nocks an arrow and shoots it at the warrior with the most wounds.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

"That always how you greet strangers?" Salena asks Talathel.

"They may not by hostile," she adds, but with some hesitation in her voice.

Salena moves up next to Talathel while taking her longbow off her back, figuring the horsemen will be hostile no matter their initial intentions now Talathel's cast a spell on one of them.

That simplifies it. Let's just move on then.

"What's a Mutabi-qi?" Salena asked while she sat up in her bed, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

Could she really not have told this in the morning...?

My Wisdom is 12 and I don't have Knowledge (Nature) or Profession (Sailor). It's probably best if don't do the steering.

I believe the levels currently are 1, 2, 3, 3, 4 and 5?

If those with high level characters think they can compensate for the low level characters, I'm up for playing up.

Salena's unsure how to respond to Jiang Dan. She eventually decides to leave him be.

"Let him be. He wants to walk... well, follow... You know what I mean, figuratively walk his own path."

"I think we got the item we came for, so we can probably leave now," Salena says while studying Talathel with a frown.

"Purple, by the way," she adds after a pause. "I think it suits you, Talathel."

"Huh, turns out I didn't have to do anything..."

With the thread gone, Salena takes a look at the room and the contents.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

"Talathel, step back and heal yourself," salena tells her fellow Pathfinder. "I'll take your place."

I can get 2 attacks in if Talathel 5-foot steps away :)

Salena double moves forward.

"Be careful! It hits hard!" Salena shouts, stating the obvious.

Jolly, I'm destined to open a door...

Salena joins Talathel and the others at the door and waits for the small man to open it.

"I wonder if there are more of those snow things inside."

Perception, for the new room: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

"Well... that was unexpected... Never seen one of those before."

Before she advances up the stairs and toward one of the doors, Salena checks the area for traps.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Will: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15 +1 versus fear effects

"We'll teach him to behave!"

Salena waits for Talathel's flames to disappear, then double moves up to the yeti while drawing both of her swords.

I assume someone'd be willing to use my wand of CLW on me at some point before we reach the temple :)

Salena's not bothered by the cold while the party ventures forth, despite still being wet from Talathel's spell.

The present:
Salena looks just as confused as Talathel when the yeti growls.

"Not really impressed, but I smell its breath all the way from here. Now that is worrisome..."

Salena can, however, not follow her strong words up with the actual deed. Her swings are strong, but her aim is horrible.

"Careful! There's some undead thing ahead!"

Salena moves up to the undead while drawing both of her swords, and swings one of them at it.

"No, I don't have a book with me," Salena says slightly agitated.

She keeps her eyes on the terrain beneath her feet, having to trust her own feet to lead her safely over the narrow path.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15

Salena sheaths buts of her swords. "Sure, I'll take a look."

She waits for everyone to be in the tunnel before reeling in the rope and throwing it up to the hole the creature came from.

Throw Rope: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Climb: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 Will do for a knotted rope! :P

With the rope hopefully stuck to something, maybe after tying a loop on its end, Salena climbs up.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

Once Salena's in the late creature's cave thingy, she takes a look around for anything of interest.

Climb, Accelerated Climbing: 1d20 + 5 - 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 - 5 = 15

Salena continues to climb up as fast as she can, reaches the tunnel, and moves into position while drawing both of her swords.

"I'm here!" she announces, ready to fight.

Climb, Accelerated Climbing: 1d20 + 5 - 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 - 5 = 18

Salena climbs up as fast as she can, but still feels it's too slow.

"Hold on, I'm coming!"

"Let me help." Salena helps Talathel tie Forch to the rope, and later helps the others with their mounts as well.

She waits for everyone else to be up before she starts climbing the rope.

Climb: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

"Thank you for bringing us this far," Salena tells the guides.

"Is there anything else we should know about the places you just mentioned?"

Salena draws both of her swords while moving up to the snow leopard. She swings one of the swords at the animal.
