Just before Rownig decides to open the door and try to tumble within the room he will relay to the group what he overhead.

"Sounds like three dwarfs having a friendly talk 'bout work and family over a meal. They say they doing some brink work and standing guard. They are lookin' to seal up a door near a chapel before Omara returns. Looks like Omara promised more soldiers that were let go by Guisse recently."

He pauses, "Let's have a chat with 'em, rather than kill 'em. We can suggest we are replacements lookin' for work."

With that information Rownig will move to open the door. You can keep my original roll.

Rownig slides over and crouches by the door. He places his ear against it focusing on the sound.

Rownig pulls out another cigar and lights some tindertwig. He puffs a few times. He smiles as the leafy smoke fills his lungs, then pulls his twin handaxes. he flicks off some chunks and twirls them. "Ready."

Rownig shutters as he witnesses the drowned maiden shake off the effects of the blindness. Grrrrr, that took away his sneak attack using both his handaxes.

The tricky dwarf feints to left and quickly reverses his grip and attacks from the rightside on the first drowned Maiden. #1

Blinded:

The creature cannot see. It takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class, loses its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any), and takes a –4 penalty on most Strength- and Dexterity-based skill checks and on opposed Perception skill checks. All checks and activities that rely on vision (such as reading and Perception checks based on sight) automatically fail. All opponents are considered to have total concealment (50% miss chance) against the blinded character. Blind creatures must make a DC 10 Acrobatics skill check to move faster than half speed. Creatures that fail this check fall prone. Characters who remain blinded for a long time grow accustomed to these drawbacks and can overcome some of them.

Rownig looks at the door they just opened, "I think we should spike this door open. Just in case." He brushes some of the dry bones away with his foot. "Don't really want to get trapp'd in this chamber, like these folks did."

As Rownig kneels to spike the door, Hal steps forward squirts the oil.

I saw we moved on, I just wanted to post Rownig's and Windel's reactions to the conversation.

Rownig will proceed carefully stepping and searching. His mind focused on the task at hand he creeps forward.
