Anyone else notice that the response time from customer service has fallen off a cliff? I've had a thread about my current order up for nearly a week, and they seem to only answer a couple of threads a day these days. That's no way to run a customer service center.

I thought I'd do the community a solid, if this is in the wrong spot feel free to move it. With the creatures for Bestiary 2 set it's probably too late for that, but no harm in trying to guess! Because of that I decided to give it a number neutral name as sort of a catch all for the inevitable 4-120th Bestiaries. And please remember the only rule of a Captain Yesterday created thread, Be excellent to each other!
Hey, that's 500 aliases! If that isn't jumping the shark then I don't know what is. It's a good thing I live in Wisconsin, if it's one thing I learned from Happy Days it's that Wisconsin has a large amount of sharks swimming about. I'm obviously not stopping, but it's not going to get any better.

Don't get me wrong, it's great to finally get some news but I'm afraid the name Age of Ashes doesn't really tell me anything, other than I'll need a respirator mask, and there's apparently a hill chock full of Hellknights. So, I'm curious if a general plot has been announced and I'm just missing it or if they're doing it to cultivate mystique. It all sounds fun, just curious. :-)

Everyone loves a good space opera! Too bad I can't sing! However, I have seen a lot of Star Wars and Star Trek spoofs and I happened to find Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition on sale for super cheap so I thought why not! Full disclosure, I've never played Mass Effect before.
After five and a half years in the toy mines I'm back shoveling snow so I thought it would be fun to have a place to share the experience. Feel free to share your own snow related stories or to gawk and laugh. No promises on coherency.

Ahoy hoy, So, after TOZ decided to break the website yesterday i haven't been able checkout the Dead Suns pawn set (it's not enough he's on every single vision chart, he's gotta steal my shtick now!). No big deal, just thought you'd want to know. :-) P.S. Also, if you could add the pawn set to my sub (or the sidecars since my monthly order hasn't generated yet). Have a swell Thursday!
So, I really wasn't all that excited for War for the Crown, I mostly kept my sub for the Paizo Advantage discount for Starfinder, but the covers have swayed me, especially with how bad ass Rivani is! I know Paizo always has top notch covers (especially when Wayne Reynolds is involved) but these really make me want to run or play in it. A big round of applause for Hugh Pinder for such wonderful covers! And the adventures are pretty good too I guess. :-)

Ahoy hoy, So back when political threads grew like weeds in off topic I created a thread "Captain Yesterday's Action!Town! A respite from politics" but with politics banned (which I love, by the way) it seems a bit unnecessary. Originally, someone suggested a respite from psionics, but as I reflected on why I hated psionics I realized I mostly hated how people I knew abused it so that no longer seems necessary to ban for 30 year old beefs. So, since politics are banned, hating on psionics seems a bit too extreme how's about we change it to A Respite From Guatemalan Insanity Peppers. Yes, that seems right, let's go with that. :-) As always, no hurry! Great job everyone!

Ahoy hoy, I've been waiting and watching for my most recent order but it would seem that once it got in town it up and disappeared! Tracking stops on the 27th but I haven't gotten the order. If you could send a replacement order that would be awesome, and then just cancel my subs, with extremely fluctuating shipping costs and a lack of confidence in the post office i'd rather get my items locally from now on. But mostly I've been waiting forever for Pact Worlds and I'd rather not have to wait until my next subscription shipment. I love your books!
So, i noticed recently that when the system generates a new sub order it tells me the last shipment that i had delivered was put into a different order. It's all good! I just thought you'd want to know the weird little quirks that happen, with the recent upgrade and all. :-) Have a great weekend!
Ahoy hoy, I've had a couple of big and or confusing orders in the last couple of weeks, and I cannot say enough good things about how easy it was to combine everything, shipping is noticeably cheaper and what a wonderful job the warehouse did in packing everything. I have no desire to order directly from a company that suspends my posting privileges without reason or explanation. From now on if I want your products I will get them from a secondary source like Half Price Books.
