Sven descends the knotted rope 10 feet as a move action. Since we're not really in combat, I'll take 10 for a total of 6, just enough to descend at half movement instead of 1/4 (by beating the DC 0 for climbing a knotted rope braced against a wall by 5). I will then let go of the rope as a free action and fall the remaining 30 feet.

I'll also attempt Acrobatics to soften the fall:

Sven lands as well as he can, but the rough rubble cracks cruelly on impact.

Sven spends a move action fetching his piton with the knotted rope from earlier, a standard action affixing the piton to the edge of the collapsed portion of the tower, and a free action shouting:

Sven moves behind Rashid, drawing his CLW wand as a swift with his fancy wrist sheathes. He then baps Rashid.

CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Sven will misfortune a successful attack or save on either enemy combatant.

Once loot is gathered, Sven will heal Fulgrim (though I can't figure when you lost those 5 HP) and open the Eastern door.

This is a really interesting approach, and I like it a lot. I am having a few issues with the numbers not adding up in some of your examples.

Sven moves into flank with Hydris, and readies an aid another for Rashod when he steps into melee with Tulok (assuming he's still alive).

Sven double moves, provoking an AoO from Purple (if he's even still alive). I'll misfortune an enemy if they succeed at...anything.

Sven double-moves into the room behind some trogs, attempting to set the party up for some quality flanking time. This provokes an AoO from green (unless Murderous Command prevents that, I dunno if its like confusion that way).

Sven will use Misfortune on Thinker if he fails the incoming Reflex save.

Thinker is an Oread, hence the 20' move speed.

Sven pops his Wand of CLW out of his wrist sheathe, heals Rashid, and moves deeper into the room.

I'm gonna do some out-of-combat healing, as I think Fulgrim at least is still at 5 damage remaining, and some others are at 3.

Upon seeing the skeletons, Sven casts bless and moves into the room.

I believe you have 6 HP remaining. You were hit for 4+1 bleed, then bled on one turn, for a total of 6 damage, leaving you at 3 remaining. I then channeled for 3.

Sven 5' steps out of the swarm.

As a standard action, he will channel positive energy to heal everyone in the room and remove the bleeding condition.

He then spends a move action making another Perception check for a method of egress from this room other than how we got in. He's mostly looking on the parts of the walls where there were doors in the floors below.

Sven moves (through the swarm), and then makes a Perception check to look for a way out of this room.

I'll guidance myself and give a shot at the Perception. I'll give my climbing equipment (knotted rope and pitons) to Rashid again, and strip off my armor in preparation. When folks attempt the climb, I'll give a go-team guidance butt slap before they go.

I don't really see what we can do to prep defensively, so I'll just try to absorb the shock so folks can get at it, and heal myself when I need. The lizard did get a turn between Fulgrim and I, so if my movement needs to change, let me know. I'm thinking it probably just held though.

Well, I guess there's no point in Misfortuning Thinker since he failed both saves. If Rashid missed, I'll misfortune his attack.

Definitely going to prioritize Misfortune on the trog if it succeeds the save.

Sven double moves to get into a flanking-ready position (provoking an AoO from both Trogs) and makes some Fort saves along the way.

I will use Misfortune to grant either Rashid or Thinker a second save against this effect should they fail one of their checks. Sven himself is now officially sick of these reptilian mooks.

Sven imitates Crushna, but hears nothing. If Crushna (or others) hear signs of the next room being occupied, Sven will cast bless, hold up his fingers in a "3..2..1" count, and open the door suddenly to grant his allies a surprise round.

(In a strict rules terms, if we succeed a Perception check, I cast bless then initiate a surprise round afterwards. Everyone ahead of me in initiative holds for my surprise action of opening the door and taking a 5' step to allow charging into the next room, then the party comes off hold and gets the drop on them.

Rashid looks down at the bundle uncertainly, then up at the javelin.

Just a nit, but a magus can take weapon spec once he picks up fighter training at 10th level.

If nothing interrupts him, Sven will take the two minutes to give the room a good once over before we move on. Taking 20, Perception = 27.

While looking, he unconsciously mumbles something that sounds like "Flappen Jacken."

I cast guidance on myseld, assume Rashid is steadying the rope (he can't fail to aid), and attempt the Climb bracing against the wall. If I succeed, I put my armor back on.

Clearly enjoying the fine and rustic architecture, Sven spends two minutes in each room examining it. Take 20, Perception=27.

Sven moves 10 feet into a position Rashid can easily flank with, provoking an attack of opportunity against my entangled AC (18). If the Spider connects, I'll use Misfortune on him. Should he miss, I'll hold it in reserve for its next successful attack.

As my standard, I'll hold for Rashid moving in for the flank and attempt to punch it with my cestus...because why not.

Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3

I double move, and should the dog get a successful attack, I'll use misfortune on it.

My initiative modifier is -2, not +7. Only the yellow dog is after me.

For any who haven't met him, Sven is an eternally level 1 character that I rebuild into real characters after they hit two. The combination of being Ulfen, Wolf-scarred, and Deaf add up to a Swedish Chef voice. I will be speaking more or less incomprehensibly, except when rolling Diplomacy. He tries real hard then.
