Alright, as someone who has played this in Standard (which is part of the reason I stayed in dino-form for the scenario), I will weigh-in here: The 3000gp only comes up if you *don't* have a member of the Exchange in the party - if you do, the faction head gives you some discretionary funds that you can use for exactly this purpose. *shrugs*

Also, Stormy? We just *had* the final fight - the choice now is whether to coup-de-grace the helpless (but conscious) Asura, allowing it to reincarnate elsewhere in a diminished state, or pay to rebind it.

If necessary, and to avoid the argument, I will just pay for it myself (note: there is no difference, in terms of scenario rewards, whether you kill it or rebind it - unless you are a member of the Exchange faction (so for our party, it essentially doesn't matter, mechanically). Radagast just doesn't want an anathema to nature like that roaming free ;-)

Binding, then? It seems like the lesser of two evils.

A velociraptor clad in full plate (the helm of which appears to be on fire) crafted from white dragon hide strides purposefully into the room, then curls up on the floor, listening with interest to the briefing.

I don't have either of those skills ;-)

Radagast sharpens his claws on the gate, looking puzzled, then snorts, and follows Yabatha and Stormy out.

Well, after reviewing the map again...

Radagast Air Walks up, and tries to remove the 'suspicious cylinder' from atop the arch.

Aside: Well, stone is hardness 8, and I have a fixed damage bonus of +10, so I should be able to scratch that ;-) That said...

Radagast chirps again, this time disconsolately, and turns to look questioningly at the others...

With a chirp, Radagast moves over, and experimentally pokes the *frame* of the portal with a claw, to see if he can scratch it...

I will (probably) provoke from Red and Black in the process, unless the ceiling is 15' tall.

I will end my movement 5' up, so that I still threaten her, and so that I can't be flanked.

The dinosaur hisses, and waggles its talons, then simply walks on air down into the abyss.

Agitated, but not exactly feeling like he is in combat, Radagast lashes his tail in agitation, and paces back and forth.

There is an additional +2 if that is an enchantment spell or effect, and an additional +2 if it is a charm or compulsion effect.

Radagast paws the ground in agitation, not sure what is going on...
