Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast an evocation spell, targets that fail their saves are dazzled by tiny sparkling starlights for 1 round per level of the spell.

Martial Flexibility (Sp): At 1st level, an eldritch scrapper gains the brawler’s martial flexibility class feature, using her sorcerer level as her brawler level for the purposes of uses per day. [The scrapper treats Arcane Strike and Combat Casting as combat feats for the purpose of this ability].

A ES can take a move action to gain the benefit of a combat feat she doesn’t possess. This effect lasts for 1 minute. The brawler must meet all the feat’s prerequisites. She may use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + 1/2 her ES level (minimum 1).

The ES can use this ability again before the duration expires in order to replace the previous combat feat with another choice.

If a combat feat has a daily use limitation (such as Stunning Fist), any uses of that combat feat while using this ability count toward that feat’s daily limit.

Appearance & Personality:

Pero is large for an elf. His muscularity is hidden under large arcane cloaks to throw off opponents who would make the mistake of charging him. Under his cloak is a strong bow, a backpack that allows for wandering and a longsword of exquisite elven forging.
Upon his brow he wears a dull grey crystal which brings out his sharp grey eyes. The flecks almost twinkle like the stars on a dark night. His face is the perfect elven face and his hair the color of spun gold.

Pero Starym is a descendant of one of the most Nobel and perhaps notorious Elven Houses of Cormanthor. Of course, Pero Elond has been told for the near century that he has been alive that he should disavow the name of Starym, after all, six long centuries ago did his descendants intermingle with the Evereskan House Elond. No matter how hard Pero could dream of the glory days that his great grandfather told to him, the city was lost to the elves, to all the goodly races in fact.

Still, Pero dreamed of at least journeying to the place of his Houses glories to if nothing else inspect the House from which he spawned. The House has long hidden even from the rest of Evereska their background and their true origins that they took in many members of House Starym who left Myth Drannar in controversy as the Weeping War drew to a close.

Upon his brow does Pero wear a broken, or perhaps just inert, Tel’kiira. Most believe it just to be decoration but Pero knows differently, it has secrets! Secrets about House Starym that could lead him to… well he does not know but certainly self-discovery. He just needs to get into the Ruins and he knows it will become active once more.

That is part of why he took up the Blade, certainly his inherent magic was with him a gift from the mighty Starym Wizards from whom he descended but the way of the blade is what could get him out of Evereska and away from the watchful eyes of his family. Thus, did Pero join the elite group known as the Tomb Guardians. His duties allow him to cultivate allies from other races and other lands. Perhaps he can find a group to go to Myth Drannar? Or at the very least, hear stories from those who have been there before, to learn what they did wrong and what they did right!

Pero utilized the Halfway Inn as his resource for accomplishing his goals. If he cannot revive the ancient city at the very least he can discover more about his own family’s past…
