I didn't like the orders where you have to have an alignment (good order and bad order) felt too paladin/anti paladin. focusing on alignment cuts down on choices.
Master of two orders and it's prerequisite feats aren't worth it IMHO, would have liked to see more tactician feats, but what they have in there is a good start.
In a nutshell it gives more versatility to a cavalier build, which is always good and a three bucks, it's worth it.
This really gives lot more range for the witch and, although I am still underwhelmed by major hexes, the regular hex variables really make it difficult to play the same witch twice.
It's huge for making NPCs too.
