Personal Shuttle: A non-combat, vanity boon that you can use on the trips between Pact worlds (or anywhere!) where there's no risk of combat/need for a "real" starship. Effectively, an RP boon to cruise in comfort (with Large-sized seats!)

Why? A SF2 based on PF2 and fixing some of the biggest issues with the rules (lack of scaling cantrips, starship combat, Ivory Tower design) is quite a frequent call around here.

The same is true on the other side of the house. Not wanting a 2e because the design philosophies don't match up with the flavor.

They likely designed this adventure with archive of nethys in mind, but did they remember to tell reader about archive of nethys?

I guess the biggest thing is the text at the beginning "This book refers to other Starfinder products using the following abbreviations, but these additional supplements are not required to make use of this book. Readers interested in references to Starfinder hardcovers and Adventure Paths can find the complete rules available online for free at paizo.com/sfrd."

So it says that the other books aren't required but they are. Nethys is given but, yes, even in 2022, there are still people who don't have access to an online device all the time.

Not personally an issue but I found it odd to have so many AP only references when none of the other Standalones do.

About the stat blocks in the book. There are A LOT of references to stat blocks in APs without a reprint (or corresponding Alien Archive entry) in the Adventure Toolbox for the book.

References (without potential spoilers) include:

AP #24
AP #32
AP #39

Keeping the comms intentionally open, Harmony very loudly says "Laanok, I want you to hit the asteroid next to them as warning!"

She opens a video-only channel to the gunner's terminal and shakes her head "no" while she's saying the above and uses her hands to point at the vesk , makes a gun with one and a ship looking figure with the other, indicating that he should still shoot them.

Overly complicated RP way of saying I'm Taunting the other ship!

So fairly new here myself but have you checked out the Recruitment forum?

The posts there will have what GMs are recruiting for what, system, creation requirements, etc. I'd start going through those and check in with any of the individual threads that strike your fancy.

That thing does con damage on top of hitting like a freight train? Looks like Mr. Tondro wanted to kill some PCs when he wrote this, haha. I'm not sure if Korl feels braver or dumber for having tried to go toe to toe with that thing.

Korl lowers his fist for a moment and closes his eyes. There is a vacuum of sorts as air rushes toward him. Suddenly, it stops and his eyes snap open, filled with black flame the color of his weapon.

"Raaaaaahhhhhr!" He raises his fist, slams it into the ground, and explodes in black flame.

Standard: Supernova!
Beast has a DC 13 reflex for half damage. No one else is within 10 feet so just beasty needs to make the save.
Supernova: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (5, 4) + 1 = 10
Unattuned.

During the drift time, Korl often comes back to 'his' view port to look out into space. He repeats this as the shuttle comes into Vabaimus' atmosphere "That must be the spot, eh?" He straps in and prepares for landing.

Once landed
Korl grabs his backpack and heads for the door "Uh...what's with that sound? Did the ship finally give out?"

Elixir of Renewal: You gain a special elixir that you can consume as if it were a serum in order to restore 2d8 Hit Points as well as 1d4 points of one type of ability damage. You can use this elixir only once, even if you have an ability or effect that would allow you to benefit from the serum multiple times. Check the box that precedes this boon when you use this elixir. Only you can use this elixir and it has effective market price of 0 credits if sold.
While every character can purchase a serum of healing, this free gift is more potent than a typical starting serum. The elixir is also good at curing ability damage, which often accompanies poison, disease, and other afflictions. Consider this option if you cannot cast healing spells and want a powerful way to heal yourself in an emergency.

This Faction boon allows the character to gain Reputation with the Exo-Guardians faction. A character with this boon slotted at the end of a successfully completed scenario gains Reputation as detailed in the primary and secondary success conditions of that scenario.

Perform(wind instrument) and a signal horn. DC10 and you can call retreats, advances, etc. Similar uses from a signal whistle as well.
