So, I really like the design behind the ancestries and ancestry feats. It reminds me of the racial paragon levels back in unearthed arcana, without the disadvantage of hampering your class progression, and I think that once polished, it seems will work really well with Eberron, my favorite setting ever. It will tons of fun to Homebrew!
Now, what I think that CAN be improved, is that unlike racial levels, it doesn't always feel like the choices are making the character elfier/dwarfier etc... I know many people are asking for "meatier" base stats, but I feel like those are fine - perhaps incorporating back some of the more physiological feats in the base ancestry but leaving the cultural ones as feats.
What I think that would really chance the perception that some people have that you're spending 20 levels buying your race back is adding more high level ancestry feats. Right now most are level 1 and are pretty basic (and perhaps could be bundled together?), but if now I could give my dwarf stoneskin as a power, or a gryphon companion or whatever, this would be really cool - I'd feel like I'm becoming a paragon of my ancestry!
Also, I think racial weapons are really neat, and I really liked the new ones. Those should be expanded, and perhaps easier to access - Every dwarf should have a clan dagger, after all.

Liberty's Edge

Blade of Justice + Raise Shield leaves room for a single attack, if you don't move. You'll have Retributive Strike, Shield Block and Divine Grace competing for your single reaction.
Also, why isn't Smite Evil a champion power? Right now there are only Lay on Hands, 3 litanies, Hero's Defiance and Paladin's Sacrifice. Lay on Hands d4's without feat investiment aren't that good, so there is very little reason to focus on CHA.

Interesting. Not to be too nit-picky, but before diving into rules discussion (and the hints here are helpful!), two language issues stuck out to me in the excerpt from the Playtest rules. I hope you can fix these before the Playtest goes to print!

Playtest Excerpt wrote:
These erstwhile heroes roam Golarion, often maintaining their distinctive cultural habits while spreading the enthusiasm, inscrutable quirkiness, love of puns and song, and unique mirth that mark goblin adventurers.

"Erstwhile" means "former" or "one-time," so it is not the right word here.

Playtest Excerpt wrote:
Despite breaking from their destructive past, goblin adventurers often subtly perpetuate some of the qualities that have been characteristics of the creatures for millennia.

Grammatically, "their" refers the reader to "goblin adventurers." But the "destructive past" referred to here must belong to goblins generally rather than the goblin adventurers specifically.

And I am sorry to start off with the nit-picking. I know it's not fun. But these jumped off the screen at me as errors. :-(

Otherwise, looks great!

Yeah, I guess the dragon was going to be a shoo-in. Congrats to the winners. Liking the art for the cetus and Kurobozu. And I see we're getting some yokai? Cool!

This cover reminds me of Adventures of Emmanuelle.
