Here's a little snapshot of something I made up real quick. Add in stuff like Rapid Shot and you can add in another hit with the hammer.

Human fighter (weapon master) 9

+1 shock light hammer +19/+14 (1d8+20 plus 1d6 electricity)

Feats: Advanced Weapon Training, Advanced Weapon Training, Deadly Aim, Flight Mastery, Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Quick Draw, Ricochet Toss, Startoss Comet, Startoss Shower, Startoss Style, Weapon Focus (light hammer).

Let's you fly a couple times per day and throw your hammer around like a mofo. Ricochet Toss let's you hit the same enemy multiple times so you can still do stuff when you encounter lone enemies.

I also recommend a Belt of Mighty Hurling if you can afford one.

Lots of circumventing just to get this silly idea off the floor and walking haha.

It's not very optimal, but I'd like to think of it as a unique playstyle and fun character rp.

Here is the trait:

Blind Zeal (Vildeis): You are blind but trained by followers of Vildeis to sense your surroundings by sound and touch. You need not attempt a skill check to move at full speed. You take a –4 penalty from blindness on only Acrobatics, Ride, Sleight of Hand, and Stealth checks. You gain Blind-Fight as a bonus feat. You lose the benefits of this trait whenever you can see, but regain them if you
once again become blind.

Hey all,

I've been playing around with a few builds concerning a blind character, and I can work the early levels, but the later levels seem to be lacking quite a bit.

At level 1, as a Human Unarmed Fighter or Master of Many Styles, I can get Blind-Fight (thanks to a new trait from the new Divine Anthology book), Blinded Blade Style (free Style feat), Improved Blind-Fight (level 1 feat) and Blinded Competence (Human bonus feat). This get's rid of most of the penalties associated with fighting blind. I also wanted to incorporate the Moonlight Stalker feat, for flavor and to put the Blind feats to good use.

The plan so far is the take the first level as seen above, then perhaps dip into Magus or Wizard in order to get access to Dancing Darkness, and scrolls/wands of Blur/Darkness, to facilitate getting concealment.

The rest of the levels are a mystery to me. I had wanted to 2-hand a sword for my weapon, but at this point I'll take anything that works.

Also this is for PFS, so only approved materials can be used. (I also realize that walking around with darkness is not very party friendly, that's why I have Blur as an option)

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I suggest we roleplay that we still have the whole party, since we technically do, that way we can split the tasks at hand here.

Hailey! You're definitely one of the most enigmatic and unique players I've had the pleasure to play with. You're so into your character that you make me feel like I have a lot of work to do in order for Swift to be on par. Keep up your good work and I look forward to rp-ing with you.

While in deep thought on the matters at hand, Swift can hear his companions talk aloud. He incorporates their thoughts into his mental examinations.

Suddenly he hears rustling, opening his eyes in time to see Vorel's fleeting shape heading further on the path.

"We should stick together, no need to be brash!" he calls after him, rising onto his feet to pursue him.

Swift will also look around carefully.

As Hailey goes to approach the door, Swift instinctively reaches out to stop her, but stays his hand a hair away from her head. He doesn't think she saw him.

"Even if I would like to think she is helpless, I know I shouldn't. As a matter of fact, she is far from that. She can take care of herself. I'd best remember that, I would not want to hurt her pride. Her size is not an indication of her strength. She may yet be the strongest of us all."

He slowly retracts his outstretched hand.

The monk follows Hailey as she approaches the door, ready to come to her assistance in the off chance that something would jump out and attack.

I find that now when we post, we make it more detailed and thought out than when we posted short ones. It forces us to be more descriptive.

I like it ;)

Swift gives a half smirk at the pairs exchange. The Wandering Path was often a lonely and confusing one. Being able to walk the Path with others seems to bode well for this quaint party.

"As long as they don't start needless bloodshed, I will follow them and aid them in any of their endeavors."

"I am by no means an expert on this sort of matter, but my understanding is that if no corpses are nearby, he won't have anything to raise. I could be wrong however..."

Swift wears a heavy frown upon his face. An ominous feeling he can't shake sends chills down his spine. Perhaps it was the paranoia only Ustalavian? natives can understand.

As the party arrives at Voryn's camp, Swift unloads most of the things on the cart and handles the horses. He takes hold of the reins and starts to lead them away, when he hears mention of having the horses as snacks. The horses snorted, almost as if they understood what the barbarian was planning.

"Now now, no one will be eating you. I swear upon my honor and the name of my house... Of what little value it still holds."

He grimaces at the thought.

"Do you two have names? No, I didn't think so. Perhaps we can find good ones, suitable for heroic steeds such as yourselves. You first, errr, Shadowfax? No, that one doesn't suit a horse. Epona? No, that's too masculine. To me you look like a female. I won't bother actually looking at it's undercarriage, that would be indecent of me. How about,... Lady Argentia! Now that is something totally original, never heard of before! You will birth many great stallions, lead armies into battle! E-... What, are you jealous, Bucephalus? Am I giving Lady Argentia too much attention?"

Swift scratches Bucephalus' ears, much to the horse's content.

"Look at me, talking to horses. I must be going crazy. Running after ghost stories of undead, joining seemingly random people, journeying with people who practice magic. Magic! Of all the things, it had to be magic. I get the feeling that little one has a bit more darkness to her than she lets on. But she reminds me so much of Ari..."

The monk shakes his head like a wet dog, trying to rid himself of these nasty thoughts. Once the horses are tethered where they can graze, Swift joins the rest of the party, ready to eat his fill.

"I've had enough bad experiences with dark magic, lads. I would not hesitate to end you should you pose a threat to the rest of us." he says, totally serious, oblivious to how bad it sounds.

Listening to the days events with a quiet demeanor, Swift contemplates his place in life and of the events that brought him to where he was now. Arriving at the manor reminded of the family he left behind, Voryn's hut reminded him of the lonely road that had been his only companion until recently, and the march through the woods and arrival at the old mill gave him hope for the future, hope that he would be able to depend on these eccentric people. Even that odd gnome, lover of the undead.

Once he realizes that everyone else is armed and ready, he chuckles quietly to himself.

"Weapons, I scarcely have a need for them. I will subdue these bandits with the swiftness of my body. Like a volcano erupting with fury!"

He does take out his siangham and kama, but is ready to kick and elbow any aggressors.

Watching this debacle unfold in front of him, Swift can't help but grin at the comical assembly of characters that make up this merry band of men (and women).

"Seems to me like you could use someone level-headed and calm. I believe I'm that man when it comes to wisdom of the ages, despite being young of body. I'll be the voice of reason in this cacophony."

"Besides, there might be some unusual magic there that I can investigate. I cannot pass up this opportunity "

Caught of guard by the priestess' comment, Swift mumbles unintelligibly, his cheeks glowing like burning hot coals. He sets down the mugs and faces the cleric.

Knowledge(religion): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 To see if he recognizes the clerics affiliation.

"Do you require any more aid, child of Desna?"

"When the heart weeps for what it has lost, the soul laughs for what it has found." After seeing the man's half-man's? inner anguish, the monk realizes it will take much more than the sweet kiss of alcohol to staunch his emotional wounds.

"You need to find yourself. You are a lonely ship, lost at sea. You must find your beacon, so that you may make your way back home. These troubled lands hold much loss and death. I have some experience in the matters of loss. It is only when you are truly lost that you can find your true self. Here, a round of ale has been bought by this kind man. Have some more, and maybe tomorrow will be a new day"

He gives a nod of thanks to the man in armor, and gives his round of ale to the bereaved half-elf. I'm assuming the round of ale has been called out
