I remember there was a student that had some connection to a super demon thing that if he looses control the entire planet would explode or something. Mel was working sever the connection and nurse Julie was helping. but there was a small explosion that required a reflex save or something and nurse julie was dropped to like negative a lot (even with half damage) that player has since left the game right after that incident. but I don't recall if nurse Julie ever came back or we ret-conned the scene or what.
I still am unsure of Nurse Julie's state of life. her last patient killed her I believe. but then again death is so non-permanent around here.
Nurse Julie open her eyes slightly, but the feeling of warmth and comfort about her, and seing with whom she is resting she quickly closes her eyes again. she seems to feign unconciousness, enjoying the comfort being provided. a feeling she has not experienced in a very long time.
Julie is alive, but barely, she will need time to recover, now the nurse has become the patient.
the crystal was not activated, Nurse Julie has no idea on how to activate it. she is only a young intern here after all.
Julie's mind just shuts down at the attack, she isn't a warrior, nor anything special, she simply drops to the floor, blood from her eyes, ears, and nose, lifeless
Nurse Julie nods her understanding and quickly goes to retrieve the item.
Making her rounds, Nurse Julie comes upon a new emergency in the infirmary. seeing one of the more experienced staff on the scene, she goes to assist. she immediately comes to Phaezeriel's side and starts to make preps for the standard medical scans and setting up the standard Trauma equipment.
"Oh?" says taking the note, and reading it. "Of course I will help, where is she?" Of course Professor, right this way Julie escorts him to Morrivan's room
Nurse Julie heads out looking for Professor Blackscales. She vaguely remembers what he looks like not having seen him much. but she eventually finds him in the infirmary. Professor Blackscales? I have a note form one of the students here in the infirmary requesting your assistance.
After Morrivan is finished dictating Nurse Julie puts some finishing touches on it. Ok I think I got it. I took the liberty of trying to sound a little more decisive and confident in your request. but in short and to the point. Julie allows Morrivan to read the note making sure everything she wanted is in there. basiclly asking for assistance to say goodbye to a couple of friends that were killed in the attack. Julie added a bit about being of great assistance to bringing closure and helping Morrivan in her recovery and returning to a normal fun filled life learning from the experience. (there is some medical mumbo-jumbo toward the end) Once Morrivan agrees with the note, Ok I will deliver this note right away, OK. Julie heads out just as the intern retiurns with another refill for everybody's drinks. there is even a plate with a chocolate bar and two charcoal brickettes.
Of course Miss Morrivan, On the bright side, you are talking again, and I hope to see a smile on your face before you leave. getting to the note Now, what shall we say...
"What did you have in mind?" she asked doubtfully.

Well, this is only speculation and rumor mind you, but I have heard that there was a small boy that did something similar for a girl to say goodbye to her grandmother after she passed. I don't remember his name though. and I have never met either one. This all happened before I arrived. she gets to writing the note. I'm sorry, maybe it was just a dumb idea.
Nurse Julie smiles, i am not sure exactly how you would ask him. but would you accept an alternate choice? It would have a lower chance of success I am sure.
Morrivan nodded. "Umm...my friends thought of something that might help...could you possibly send a message to Professor Blackscales for me?" certainly, anything to aid in your recovery miss. Julie motions for an intern to fill the mugs with fresh ...refreshments. she pulls out a pen and paper. do you with to write or shall I?
making her rounds Nurse Julie shows up at Morrivan's room. good morning miss, you called?
Morrivan shook her head. "Sorry, but no. I don't think I can handle class today. I still can't quite believe he's gone. He's always been there and now...I didn't even get to say goodbye," she added, looking away as tears started to fall again."Exactly. If she can't see how awesome and amazing you are, then it's her loss," Raelle said with all the loyalty of a best friend. as if on que, Nurse Julie stops by Ms. Morrivan, here is your escusal slip from class today. she lays the paper on the table then heads back out to finish her rounds. the look on Julie's face is pleasent, glad to see the great progress being made.
Julie looks to Arthur very well then. Nurse Julie opens the door for Arthur.
Nurse Julie looks to vickory, There is no physical harm to either one right now, but if the temperature drops much more Mel will start to be effected. I am actually surprised she isn't complete frozen right now. Julie smiles Do you know them? If you can withstand the cold I can let you in. they are not quarantined or anything.
So Arthur would have seen all that interaction then.
"Umm...yeah, maybe. My friend here had some kind of really emotionally distressing encounter, and he was in shock. His biology is cold based, so normal treatments won't work...I really don't know what to do to help him." Nurse Julie smiles with a very reassuring smile Of course we can, I was able to assist Ms Morrivan from her emotional distress, i am sure we can help your friend here as well. going as close as she can to the cold without injuring herself. so, first thing we need to do is ensure physically he is alright. Julie looks trough some charts and then looks about the infirmary, ahh yes, we do have a room that is ready, I believe it was set up for a new student that arrived this weekend. looking to them would you be so kind as to bring him this way Julie leads them to an insulated room that is set up for students that require cold environments for survival. Now since I am unable to spend much time in the room, Ms Waverider, could you please operate the scanning equipment?
it wasn't long after porting into the infirmary. Nurse Julie was leaving Morrivan's room to track down some help staff. finding another young intern running some errands... if you could be so kind and fetch, as fast as you can please. a mug of hot cocoa with extra marshmallows, and two mugs of whatever the firebird safe equivalent is and take to ms Morrivan's room. right away he replies and is off in a dash. he shortly returns to Morrivan's room with the stuff and sets it on a table for them. Nurse Julie then moves on to do some rounds. seeing the group with some of the other staff she leaves them to thier discussions.
She then satrts to feelk rather cold. so she heads to the source. finding Tybs and Mel and tami there.
Addressing them both, Can I be of any assistance?. noticing Mel I see Ms Waverider has moved from fire to ice today.
Nurse Julie takes a step toward the bed. but stops. she almost wants to help but she does not feel it her place to do so. she simply whispers, you were not abandon. it is obvious that Julie's words were not meant to be heard.
Nurse Julie backed up to give them space, but says nothing. perhaps this is what she needs. she moves by the door to prevent anyone from entering.
Nurse Julie had just finished her rounds and entered Morrivan's room right behind Ardiente and Raelle You may come in sir, I think seeing more friends will be good for her she says to Ardiente as she escorts him in the room. but please be a little quiet, she did have a very trying night. I have excused her from classes for today.
Nurse Julie was watching over Morrivan. Seeing all is well with her Nirse Julie escorts her small charge having breakfast with her out. I will send word when Miss Morrivan is ready to see visitors, ok? she says in a soothing tone. Julie then begins her rounds to check on those that she can before the next crisis arrives.
nurse Julie places the tray in front of her. I never did get your name.
"I didn't know that. I just know I moved a certain way and then water moved or it froze or sometimes ice melted. It was good for fevers.." well that is probably the first step. I do wish you the best of luck in mastering your ability. she pauses a moment. maybe you would like some tea? and I have some biscuits with jam over here too. would you like some? Nurse Julie gets the small tray she intended for herself and brings it over to her new "patient"
Julie gets up and grabs another chair and set it up with hers a little away from the bed. she motions for the girl to have a seat. Well, she starts looking to the girl to give a little introduction, like her name. After she introduces herself. Julie continues. Ok I don't really know too much but i have seen it, Once. You see, some people have the ability within them to make water move and do things. i don't really understand how they do it, they just, do that is what they mean by water "bending" the water "bends" to the will of the "bender" There is one boy that is also a water bender, he has discovered the healing properties in water, and he is able to use water to heal people.
Nurse Julie smiles a warming smile. it is true she teaches a water bending class. though I really don't know much about water bending myself, i have seen some do it before. Julie speaks to her is a soft tone matching her own.
She walks in and nervously looks around for the one matching the description given, wondering if her sought after person was nurse or student. one of the school Nurses was sitting in the room with Morrivan. sipping a cup of Hot tea. Shhh, she is sleeping, she had a very upsetting day yesterday. can I help you with something? the blonde haired nurse asks in a whisper. so she does not wake up Morrivan.
Nala strode seemingly confidently into the infirmary, looking around to make sure that all of it was in one piece and no patients were being subjected to Wuxn-like standards of care. Nurse Julie has just released Sil from his wing appearance, and she is now sitting with Morrivan, setting up a breakfast tray for her when she wakes up.
After the pair leave Nurse Julie returns to Morrivan's room to see how she is doing, bringing some of the breakfast prepared for the infirmary staff and patients. Julie takes a seat beside Morrivan's bed, quietly eating breakfast and is there is case she need anything.
Nurse Julie finishes the exam. just as Jaiye ask about his release. All looks good, but I still suggest he not make use of these wings for at least one more day. Julie finishes up changing out the dressings. Now I want you to come back after dinner to remove your bandages or return if there is any more bleeding, ok?
Nurse Julie is making her morning rounds noticing one of her patients awake. good morning sir Silinrul. If you are feeling up to it I would like to check your dressings and change them if necessary. I would like you to remain in the infirmary for at least the morning until we are positive no further, changes, occur. she says ever so polite.
Nurse Julie ended up sleeping in the chair next to Morrivan. she eventually woke herself up with a rather un-lady like snort. she gave a stretch and a yawn. looking over to see Morrivan still in bed, Julie gets up and checks on her. I think you should be excused from classes today she whispers I'll go let someone know. with that she steps out heading to Nala's office, looking for any forms that need to be done to excuse Morrivan from class for today.
Morrivan doesn't move. If Julie looks more closely she'll realize that the girl has very quietly cried herself to sleep. Nurse Julie covers Morrivan up with a blanket. she gently touches her head, making sure she is peacefully resting. sleep well child, you have earned your rest she softly whispers. she then leaves the room. seeing Ace there, she quietly closes the door. Mr. Casil, Morrivan is resting. Thank you for bringing her here. she is going through some very emotional issues right now. I will stay here with her. ensuring her safety.
Nurse Julie sits quietly beside Morrivan for a bit, allowing the sweet aroma of teh cocoa fill the room. Julie breaks the silence, I'm sorry. I didn't know, I only want to... she searches for the right words that will get her open up again. then she decides what she needs isn't a doctor or a nurse...to be a friend. She sets her mug on the table and slides it closer to Morriven letting her have it, and Julie goes back to her tea, now a little cold but she doen't complain.
Julie sets her mug down on the table. and gets some rags from the drawer. quietly she simply cleans up the mess. after some quiet time allowing morrivan to sit quietly. Julie finishes cleaning up. and then takes a seat again. sipping her hot cocoa. The chocolatey aroma filling the air in the room.
Morrivan held out her mug. "C'n never have t'many marshmallows." Julie places some more in her mug. I see you may not want to dicuss the school right now. So tell me, do you want to go back home?
