But discussing it as such just brings out the fanpeople. Kinda feels like Batman v. Superman in that regard. I'm sure once the wow factor wears off in a few months, many will agree.

Anyhow, good, bad and whatnot:

• Both Driver and Ridley finally acting their hearts out. Their interplay was good and made the throne room scene all the better.

• Getting rid of Snoke was a good move. He was terribad and had no presence and no story.

• Wasting Laura f!!%ing Dern on some two-bit tearjerker moment when she had a perfect opportunity to replace Leia was a cheap move. I mean, I didn't expect Inland Empire or something, but come the nerf on!

• Good visual flair in that tearjerker though. Good visuals throughout actually. It had no Bespin with its glorious overdesigned decks, but hey, modern Hollywood.

• Porgs=!!! Porgs in space combat=eh.

• None of the new ships were interesting enough. An effort was made, unlike in TFA, but some distinct oomph was needed. Ship porn! Flying totalitarian space wedges and sleek retroscifi Jetsons fighters where you at?!

• Their depiction of Jedi was wrong. "Dark" vs "Light" is an entirely EU thing, whereas in the movies dark side was what those who used the universe's quintessential life for their own lulz were called and the jedi order went out of their way to hunt them because the dark side was an existential perversion, not because doing so would be a good thing. The Force just is. It's the natural state of things and does not discriminate and turning it into a yin and yang thing is a gross misinterpretation.

Argh, Muser must digress! In closing I liked it more than TFA, but far less than Rogue One.
I can't but agree with BNW, this movie's story was a dissappointment. Why are you a Pathfinder?

Been a year or two, rummaging the brainbox a bit...ah, yes. Three years ago one Seeker, capitano Cantige, killed my former employer, Alba Ironbelly, in a captains' duel. Us crewmembers, we got a choice: Join or learn Aquan. I got pretty...familiar with mr Cantige and he field-commissioned me.

2. Do you have a name and surname that is not ripped straight out of existing Earth mythology or popular culture?

I'm named for the late lord Arkona. Didn't feel too glorious the way he ended up, so picked this name from a Vudran weapons merchant moonlighting in Riddleport. Told me it was Iroran. As for Dhatri, go to Korvosa and ask for a Dhatri and they'll ask you if you want a Midland or Dockside one. Big family.

3. Which nation did you grow up in? How did this nation influence you?

Born in Korvosa. Spent some time in Veldraine and Riddleport. Korvosa was cutthroat. That's the best word for it. Stiffled by bureocracy too. Guess only the former rubbed in.

4. What do you look like? What are your wearing? How does this vary when you’re stalking through forests, sewers, deserts or in glittering cities?

Yeah yeah, the hair's not practical, but wearing it long makes the skin look midnite shade. It's a show, you know. You should see the getup I sport to make up for it. Mithral, Kassen oak and hippogryph mane. Trust me, pay up. There's no crying about armor expenses. Beyond the call though, wear short, wear it tight. Let them see the sights. Easier to run in it too. I like wool myself. If you need to go undercover, wet wool makes you all but invisible in the crowd.

5. What do you love? (Treasure and experience doesn’t count)

Why? I'm in this for them. The glitter from sunken ruins and the vista from on top of a monkey tree. Less of that these days, sad to say. For a year, I've faced next to naught but urban combat. Yestermonth, while cutting down a scorpion the size of a coopershop in a sewer, I felt like a darn smuggler. Or a vermin hunter. Yes, treasure, experience and variety.

6. What do you hate? (Unclear and irritating darkness level rules don’t count)

Chels are not so bad out of their native environs. Met a Henderthane in Almas a few months ago. Decent folk. But imperialists are scum. Slavers are worse than scum. Devils top that list. Besides that damned trinity, I detest the mountains. Cold aches, stale food and massive predators.

7. Which other Pathfinders (PCs) do you rely on for teamwork, survival and butt-kicking? Do you have a bro? a mentor? a father figure? maybe a rival?

Ah, my captain. Vile, fierce captain. Taught me next to nothing, but showed me what an agent could achieve, given time.

On the field, I trust Ronit the fearful and Isfahan the feared!

8. How does your race influence your views? Are you a stereotype of a certain race? How are you different from most humans/elves/gnomes/orcs/tengu?

"Fart elves". Imagine. I was called one once. Windy, frail skulks who trail other races like a bad smell. Make no mistake, that description fits many of us. I've often wondered whose get my blood is. Some residue of a belker's clawed rending. Maybe a bound invisible stalker? Djinni have magical abilities, so fie on that. I'm always the first to bloody my hands anyway.

9. What are you afraid of? Do you have any phobias or worries?

Freezing to death. I've seen what ice magic can do and its popularity worries me. May I never touch Irriseni soil.

10. What is your most treasured possession?

See this board of wood? See the leatherwork? It's from a small town called Kassen. Yes, grave goods, but given, not taken. This shield is death memento. Not everyone survives the path. Then there's the skullcap. I had it made by a dwarf carver from a leucrotta. Pesky crapstain almost ended us in the Jalmerani veldt.
1. Why are you a Pathfinder?
