"Fixing the price of medicine?" As a doctor, Mnamae-6 finds that disturbing. He wonders if the Tsukuza Corporation is affected. Or perhaps they are involved.

"Pleasae do. If this is happening, it needs to be stopped."

Mnamae-6 keeps his focus on the computer system, glancing from time to time at his teammates as they collectively get to work on the firewall.

Mnamae-6 moves over to take a quick look at Tilly, somewhat surprised that it is still standing. But not much can be done about it for now until they've had time to rest. Instead, he moves near the computer, looking over to Hawthorne, ready to help.

Mnamae-6 cocks his head to one side in some confusion. "Indeed? I have been on a few Starfinder missions where I did not encounter those either." He continues staring at Sovyal for a few uncomfortable moments before he concludes it can't be computed and turns to examine the room as well.

Mnamae-6 sighs a sigh a relief, then catches himself at it, wondering when he picked up such an organic gesture.

"That was an impressive set of work, Hawthorne. I have much more to learn." He ponders briefly, then replies, "There is a section of the facilities we have not seen. Although we have gotten what we came here for, I must admit that I am curious."

Wow, that main robot was a lot wimpier than expected.

Yeah, I thought they sorted that out from the earlier scenarios. Either that or we're just that good! :)

When the robot comes down, Mnamae-6 sends Tilly to guard the entrance with a few quick taps on his custom rig. He then moves to stand beside Hawthorne. "You are clearly much more skilled in this than I am. Let me taking care of the peripherary countermeasures so that you can focus on the core."

Mnamae-6 dashes the remaining distance to the pylon at the back. "Let me see what I can do with this" Activating his custom rig stored within his left forearm, he gets to work to disarm its mechanisms.

Mnamae-6 can see in the dark but not his drone. But since Mnamae-6 is closest to the NW EMP rods, he'll go for that. Not sure if it is critical since the two active ones don't seem to do anything.

With the two nearest EMP generators taken care of, Mnamae-6 races towards one of the those at the back, keeping his rifle trained on the metallic being behind the structure.

"I would not be so hasty, Sovyal. I expected more defences than this and there is time yet for surprises." Mnamae-6 sends Tilly up together with Hawthorne while he stands beside Moxie with his weapon drawn.

"If that is the case, we have little option but to move on." He, together with his drone, circles around to the northern door, and listens carefully through. He does not like surprises coming up from behind them.

He looks back and forth between the two concealed exits. "So it seems this room was meant to be secret conduit between two separate areas of this facility. He moves near the entrance, with Tilly beside him, and attempts to listen through the door.

Seeing Sovyal go for the door, Mnamae-6 sends Tilly to move up beside him. The android looks at his new freeze ray, but not seeing how to fire that weapon without hitting those in front of him, he pulls out his laser rifle instead.

Hey no offence taken. That's the whole point of PBP, playing at a time and pace of our comfort. Mnamae-6 was reacting to the tense situation of infiltrating enemy territory. He thinks he is a cool and collected android, but under stress, cracks start appearing. :)

Mnamae-6 drops to the floor quickly enough to drain part of the charge through the surface of his semi-conductive skin into the floor.

"That was foolish. I should have noticed the trap. But what's done is done."

With Tilly leading, he follows along, scanning the area more carefully this time. Or at least he tries.

Mnamae-6 studies the holographic project and nods at its effectiveness. He follows along with Hawthorne, deferring to someone more skilled than him. Of course, with Tilly in tow for protection. Retrieving his custom rig from his forearm, he sets out to assist by stabilising the bypass circuits while Hawthorne focuses on the main sensor components.

Haha no no not buzzkilling. I tend to be a bit of a rules lawyer so always glad to understand the rules better. The reaction thing was something I never thought about but reading it again, it makes sense. Until level 20, the drone is more of a remote control device than a true autonomous being. For example, if the mechanic falls unconscious, the drone can't take actions. So I can imagine that it would not be able to take reactions either. I guess one could argue that the mechanic could use its reaction for the drone, but I can't quite picture how that works - reactions are very quick responses while I imagine controlling a drone requires more complex actions.

Yeah, I couldn't find anything definitive online so really leaving it to the GM. (Not that it would matter much I think since T771-M4 is not likely going to last long in combat.) Drones are considered constructs of technological sub-type, so the question thus is whether constructs can use magic items? My sense is items that require active use, e.g. fusions on weapons, hybrid items, etc should be fine. I mean, a drone should be about to pour a serum down someone's throat - it is essentially an extension of the mechanic. However, wearable magic items become more grey.

Ah, didn't think about the reaction issue but you're right. RAW, no mention that drones have reaction so they don't. Huh, so that makes unweldy weapons so much more attractive now. :) So I guess the cloak issue is moot.

"Agree, Sovyal. There are likely various defence mechanisms set up. Do you intend to scout ahead? If not, I will send Tilly to scout ahead."

Mnamae-6 silently directs T771-M4 to the front, while he steps behind, pulling out his rifle. He waits for the rest of the party to ready themselves.

With no understanding of the undertones, Mnamae-6 pipes up, "I could help in installing it. As a Tsukuza Corporation doctor, we are trained to not only deal with organic biology but also with the latest cutting edge technological augmentations."

"I apologise I was not of any assistance in the interrogation. I hope that we can make up for it later," Mnamae-6 shares with his team after the debriefing.

He does one final check on himself and T771-M4 and is satisfied. "We are ready to proceed."

It seems that T771-M4 is the only frontliner in this group? Which brings up a good question of whether a drone can wear magic items? Separarely, Mnamae-6 already has darkvision but not the drone, but I think a PC without darkvision should take the goggles.

Mnamae-6 has negative to his social skill checks so I think best if he doesn't attempt. GM, the Stewards removes our weapons but T771-M4, his drone, has gone a weapon attached. So does the drone stay outside?

Recognising that he is of not much help in interrogating Lanzio, Mnamae-6 quietly moves over next door, staying in the adjacent room while observing his teammates in action. He keeps an eye on Lanzio, trying to see if he can figure out how he is reacting. Not likely though. He still hasn't quite figured out organics' expressions. Or tone of voice. Or just organics in general.

Mnamae-6, a very human looking android except for his exceptionally pale skin, remains largely expressionless throughout the briefing. Only once does he react - at the mention of the near massacre of innocents at a concert, his circuit tattoos flares up momentarily before subsiding. He also stops leaning against his six-legged drone and stands up straighter.

Mnamae-6 ponders for a few computational cycles, then he speaks. His voice carries the right modulations you would expect of any live humanoid, but... something is still off. "This is indeed disturbing - such callous disregard for sentient life. I am afraid I might not be much help in the interrogation, however. But may I ask if the Stewards would be providing assistance in this case?"

Mnamae-6 finds himself surrounded by hordes of ponies with their cutie marks pressed against him. A cacophony of noises hit into him repeatedly, but eventually his positronic circuits starts deciphering a certain mathematical pattern to the sounds.

Hmm, perhaps there is something to this 'music' after all... And he opens his mouth...

On the ride back through the Drift, you can occasionally hear a faint humming coming from his corner, "Bum, bum, ..."

Not quite able to see the pony from outside in the passageway, Mnamae-6 moves into the room. "Could we also get these 'cutie marks' from somewhere?"

Mnamae-6 often has difficulty understanding organics and their logic/illogic. "By that reasoning, if you destroy us, would you not then be an even bigger threat to your village? Hence, should you not then destroy yourself now?"

But he is used to organics not making sense so he does not push the issue. Instead, he sights down his rifle and fires a shot at the same weird creature, hoping that this time, he would get the chance to study its body.

"There is nothing wrong with being archaic." Keyrock says in response to the android. "I'd be happy to hold onto one of those potion-y things for you." The dwarf says while reaching for one of the serums. "I'm parched!"

Mnamae-6 stares at Keyrock with unblicking eyes for a few seconds before commenting, "You would find them more effective if you inject them. That needle end? Stick it into yourself then depress the plunger."

"The equipment here is extremely out of date. At least 200 years old. Which thus concludes that this building has not been accessed for approximately that long." He starts distributing the supplies that he gathers. "These might still be useful though."

Total four mk 1 serums of healing, two basic medkits, and four medpatches. Mnamae-6 will take one serum, and one medpatch.

Mnamae-6 studies camera feed the medbay for a while, trying through the image to discern its condition and hence how long it has last since been used.

Eventually, together wtih T771-M4, he moves to join the rest in the corridor. Looking between both doors, he gestures to the southern one. "Let's take a look at this one first. A logical process to examine the peripheral rooms first."

Mnamae-6 shows little interest in the pieces of drawings on the world. He apparently is missing the circuitry to view them as more than just splashes of paint on paper. Instead, he squeezes past Blasto and Joaquin to see if he is needed to unlock the door.

Mnamae-6 dashes over to the where the creatures fell, but they have left no bodies. He sighs, faintly disappointed that he did not manage to examine their alien anatomy. "I guess when we find whoever runs this place, we might find out what these creatures are."
