The Chelaxian Devil Binder wants to buy a house in Sandpoint where he can set up an alchemist lab. I am gathering from the description of the Mercantile Guild that property is individually owned and is not granted by the Guild in Fuedal fashion, although you have to have their permissin to purchase (although I may be misreading this.)

I had the goblin commando eat that citizen, and his family is moving to Magnimar, so that house should be available.

Any thoughts on how much I should have him pay for the house? Maybe I should make him rent.....

My husband wants to play a Chelaxian Devil Binder when I run RotRL. Will you guys be making a prestige classes like this in any future products or adventure paths?

I love, love, love Burnt Offerings. And I love D0 and D1. But I don't get to GM enough to make subscribing to the Game Mastery series worthwhile. Am I going to miss out on a lot of over-all world development if I don't purchase all of the GM stuff? Or will the material be presented later in some of the suppliments?
