It is excellent well balanced and appear to be able to play much better than some of the season three scenarios.
I will add +1 to my fellow reviewers comments. An excellent start to any campaign based around Kaer Maga.

David Gross hits his stride as a writer and improves from his first Pathfinder novel. This book is all action with a heavy oriental focus that ties in to new classes and mechanics from Pathfinder RPG. As pointed out in other reviews, David writes from the perspective of a main character. I did not find this hard to follow nor did it give me any displeasure. What I liked was that one of main character was a dog!

It is an outstanding read. It covers how these iconic "D&D" items are created, how they fit into the Pathfinder world and how adventures use it. I also like the how it shows that these items are not one dimensional (no pun intended) and are constantly being adapted in the modern game.

Only one obvious missed points that the book is targetted to low-mid level scenarios.

The introduction in the book itself sells this book better than the advert does. A lot of time and thought has gone in to creating NPCs with charcter. A GM could use the proposed NPCs as a bases and adapt to suit only needs but again it adds time - something this book claims to save for GMs.

I enjoyed the stories and particularly the Paizo characters in at the back. I was pleased to see that my misgivings were a mistake.

This book is not a "power-players" appendix to add more powerful array of equipment to maximise damage. Rather this book rounds out existing items, enhances mundane items (I LOVE the masterwork backpack - sue me I am an encumberance nazi) and updates some OGL items.

It also includes new items, uses of items, tricks, traits and feats. As the title suggests it is all about supporting adventurer's no matter what the class. I give this item 4.5 out 5 and suggest it to players and GMs who like details around their equipment.

Pathfinder Player Companion: Adventurer's Armory (PFRPG)

After reading previous reviews, I must admit I was not holding this book with high expectation. A lot of detail into the background of PFS. It is also a beautifully presented book. There is material in here that I will plug into the Magnimar leg of the RotRL campaign I am running.

I have marked it down to a 4 star product. Basically is it really worth the $20 that is being asked for it? I think $15 is closer the mark.
I rated this low as it did go on a bit and has one too many acts for my liking. The ending is weak and there is the distinct possibility of TPK in this adventure as it traps thinking PCs. I was expecting more out this scenario.
Masika2009-09-20T11:55:43ZPathfinder Society Scenario #11: The Third Riddle (OGL) PDF (Retired): OH MY GOD (5 stars)Masikahttps://paizo.com/products/btpy86ng?Pathfinder-Society-Scenario-11-The-Third-Riddle2009-09-20T11:51:01Z
Pathfinder Society Scenario #11: The Third Riddle (OGL) PDF (Retired)

AWESOME! I played this adventure Genconoz 2009 with a party of 4 tier 1-2. The party consisted of a 2 rangers, a fighter and a sorcerer. Some how we managed to survive!

This is a thinking adventure. If you want to be challenged than this is the adventure for you. I would not recommend this adventure for players new or inexperience to PFRPG/D&D.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #11: The Third Riddle (OGL) PDF (Retired)

AWESOME!
