Special Abilities:

Constructed For effects targeting creatures by type, Lulz counts as both a construct and a humanoid (whichever is worse for Lulz ).

Darkvision Lulz can see up to 60 feet in total darkness.

Flat Affect The DC of a Sense Motive check attempted against Lulz increases by 2.

Low-Light Vision Iseph can see in dim light as if it were normal light.

Trick Attack As a full action, Lulz can move up to 30 feet and make a single attack with a small arm (or a melee weapon with the operative special property) as a trick attack. Just before making the attack, Lulz attempts a Bluff, Intimidate, or Stealth check (whichever is better for Lulz ) with a DC equal to 20 + the target’s CR. If the skill check is successful, the attack deals 1d4 additional damage and the target is flat-footed against this attack. Lulz can make a computer check with a +4 bonus to succeed on the trick attack.

Upgrade Slot Androids have a single armor upgrade slot in their bodies. Regardless of whether androids are wearing physical armor, they can use this slot to install any one armor upgrade that could be installed into light armor

Operatve Class:
Operative
You’re a shadow. You move swiftly, strike suddenly, and always have an escape plan. You’re a consummate professional, and you always get the job done, whether it’s scouting enemy lines, hunting down criminals, stealing and smuggling items, or assassinating key figures. As an operative, you’re skilled in a wide variety of disciplines and specialties, and use speed, mobility, and your quick wits rather than relying on heavy weapons. You excel at the art of surprise, whether it’s sniping targets from cover or striking while their backs are turned. Your cause may be righteous, but you have no problem fighting dirty—achieving your objective is all that matters.

Hit Points: 6

Stamina Points: 6 + Constitution modifier

Key Ability Score: Your Dexterity helps you to infiltrate, get into position, escape danger, and make decisive shots with your weapon, so Dexterity is your key ability score. High Intelligence boosts your skills, and Charisma aids in your interactions with other characters.

Class Skills: Acrobatics (Dex), Athletics ( Str), Bluff (Cha), Computers ( Int), Culture (Int), Disguise ( Cha), Engineering (Int), Intimidate ( Cha), Medicine (Int), Perception ( Wis), Piloting (Dex), Profession ( Cha, Int, or Wis), Sense Motive ( Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Stealth ( Dex), Survival (Wis)

Skill Ranks per Level: 8 + Intelligence modifier

Proficiencies: Armor-light; Weapons-basic melee weapons, small arms, sniper weapons

BAB +0; Fort +0, Reflex +2, Will +2

Operative’s Edge? (Ex) 1st Level
Your diverse training as an operative grants you a +1 insight bonus to initiative checks and to skill checks. This bonus increases by 1 at 3rd level and every 4 levels thereafter.

Specialization 1st Level
Your specialization represents your primary area of expertise. Pick one specialization upon taking your 1st level of the operative class. Once made, this choice cannot be changed. Your specialization grants you the Skill Focus feat in your specialization’s associated skills, and you gain a free skill rank in each of those skills at each operative level (this does not allow you to exceed the maximum number of skill ranks in a single skill).

Trick Attack (Ex) 1st Level
You can trick or startle a foe and then attack when she drops her guard. As a full action, you can move up to your speed. Whether or not you moved, you can then make an attack with a melee weapon with the operative special property or with any small arm. Just before making your attack, attempt a Bluff, Intimidate, or Stealth check (or a check associated with your specialization) with a DC equal to 20 + your target’s CR. If you succeed at the check, you deal 1d4 additional damage and the target is flat-footed. This damage increases to 1d8 at 3rd level, to 3d8 at 5th level, and by an additional 1d8 every 2 levels thereafter. You can’t use this ability with a weapon that has the unwieldy special property or that requires a full action to make a single attack.
Lulz trick attack uses a datapad programmed to activate her armor upgrade of a light projector to create light patterns that are meant to distract a target. Lulz selects the pattern that she thinks will be most effective as she is about to attack. Alternatively, it can produce sounds or combine sounds and lights.

Specialization
Hacker

Whether it’s a computer system or a mechanical device, you can hack it.

Associated Skills: Computers and Engineering. You can attempt a Computers check with a +4 bonus to make a trick attack by creating a computerized distraction (you can’t use this option if stripped of all computerized gear in an area with no computers).

Theme:
OUTLAW +1 DEX
Whether you are guilty or not, you are a wanted criminal in a city, on a planet, or even throughout the galaxy.

Due to the sins of your past or your current unlawful behavior, you are a wanted individual somewhere. You might not even be guilty and are striving to clear your good name. or you might fully admit to being a criminal but believe the laws you break are unjust. Whatever the case, boarding a starship headed to deep space might be just the thing you need until the heat dies down—or until you’re dragged off to prison.

Theme Knowledge (1st)
You are well connected to shadowy secrets and back-alley deals, and you both know about key players and have handy skills of your own. Reduce the DC of Culture checks to recall knowledge about the criminal underworld by 5. Sleight of Hand is a class skill for you, though if it is a class skill from the class you take at 1st level, you instead gain a +1 bonus to Sleight of Hand checks. In addition, you gain an ability adjustment of +1 to Dexterity at character creation.

Gear:

Stationwear, flight suit: Many types of reinforced clothing afford protection without sacrificing comfort or fashion. The prevalence of this kind of light armor on Central Station has led to the colloquial term “stationwear.” Stationwear ranges in style from casual wear to business suits and more formal garb. The usual environmental protections of armor are concealed in the design of these outfits. The grades of armor—business, casual, elite, and flight suit—refer to the quality of the garments, not the style.

A personal comm unit also includes a calculator, a flashlight (increases the light level one step in a 15-foot cone), and several entertainment options (including games and access to any local infospheres). You can upgrade a personal comm unit to function as some other devices (such as full computers and scanners) by spending credits equal to 110% of the additional device’s price.

Tool Kit: A tool kit is a set of specialized tools and devices not worth purchasing individually, but which as a collection are required for a given task or provide a circumstance bonus to certain skill checks. Engineering kit (Engineering checks without one take a –2 penalty), hacking kit (required for most Computer checks), and trapsmith’s tools (provides a +4 bonus to Engineering or Mysticism checks to arm or disarm traps).

Datapad
Source Starfinder Armory pg. 100
Level 2; Price 55
Capacity 20; Usage 1/hour
Hands 1; Bulk L
Description
Datapads are among the most common handheld computers and are ubiquitous in homes, manufacturing settings, and offices. Datapads require at least one hand to use. Nearly all datapads also incorporate a comm unit (which includes a microphone and speaker) along with several other functions, such as infosphere connectivity and data storage. Datapads can record simple audio and video (though not in high enough resolution to serve as proof of recorded events in most courts of law), store thousands of hours of recordings, play games, track time and set time-based alarms, act as word processors, and perform numerous other minor data processing and entertainment functions.

All datapads have light bulk, and most are tier 1 computers with the miniaturization upgrade. Tier 2 and higher datapads are generally used only by the wealthy elites or technological sophisticates due to the additional miniaturization technology involved, but they are more powerful than many stationary computers while still fitting comfortably in one hand. Datapads can have computer modules and countermeasures installed at the usual additional costs. For example, most datapads in military or industrial use have the hardened upgrade.

Saboteurs and spies frequently disguise eavesdropping devices or explosives as ordinary datapads, knowing that the datapads’ universal use means they won’t raise suspicion.

Background:
Lulz 1515 began life as an android stolen from the AI creche by a shady organization operating out of the Diaspora in league with various pirate groups and other illegal entities. She was trained to be a loyal operative of the ISIS syndicate, but as she came of age, she longed for independence. After performing a number of data grabs and hacks for her 'owners,' she was assigned a job on Absalom Station where she learned of the Starfinders. She turned herself in and in exchange for expunging her record, she gave information about her 'owner' group. For this she received emancipation and a false set of identity papers sufficient for her to join the Starfinders. She is now an informant and a kind of undercover operative, but she can't generally reveal that and may find herself having to deal with her past, if she is recognized by anyone who worked with her in the past.

She has a variety of interests, including creating origami sculptures, as well as robotic works of art.

She was part of a group that worshipped Besmara, the Pirate Queen. She still thinks of the goddess as perhaps watching over her. Lulz is reluctant to steal as freely as her pirate comrades, knowing what it is like to be owned and not wishing to impinge on the freedom of others by stealing their stuff. She may make exceptions if a reprehensible rich person has unsecured items that can be lifted.

Appearance:
She has the general figure of a human female and in the past would disguise herself generally as human, but since being set free from her original owners, she has experimented with a variety of appearance modifications that identify her as android, including azure blue skin with darker accent lines. She has a glowing emblem of Besmera, The Pirate Queen, on her abdomen, which she sometimes displays when casually dressed. Her hair is blue-gray and medium length. Her eyes have no iris or pupil, presenting a solid light blue color. Her ears are styled to resemble the pointed ears of elves and other fey. She wears primary colored jewelry. Her clothes and her stationwear armor are designed to give her freedom of movement and to generally not stand out too much.

Faction ACQUISITIVES
"Fame, glory, and money. We want it all."

The disastrous disappearance of the majority of the Starfinder Society’s resources in the Scoured Stars incident was the catalyst behind the birth of the Acquisitives faction. In the hard times that followed the disaster, the Starfinder Society turned to several notable mercenary organizations, hiring freelance agents to perform duties once handled by Starfinders. Many of these hired contacts and mercenaries saw the usefulness of a continued “working relationship” with the Society, and they decided to join as the first new generation of recruits finished their accelerated training.
