Dear Customer Service,

As your previous email, transcript below, I have changed from shipping option from cheapest available to UPS assuming it would be cheaper than the usual method (USPS), but I'm not willingly to pay $71.41 to ship a $17.49 book. Please revert it back to USPS before shipping and I'll update (again) my subscription shipping option to cheapest available.

"As a valued paizo.com customer, we wanted to you know that we've expanded our shipping services to include UPS International shipping*. This new shipping method not only provides tracking from Paizo's warehouse to your delivery address, but may also be a faster and cheaper option for your specific address (compared to our current USPS International shipping methods)."

Having more options is more than welcome but that does not seem to be case for Brazil, especially now that our socialist government destroyed our economy and the real (local currency) dollar exchange rate moved from R$ 2.60 to U$1.00 to R$4.1 to U$1.00

I'm new to Pathfinder and just got my 1st full AP, Giantslayer, which I plan to DM/GM to my old group (3.5) using roll20 since we all live in different states now.

While I know that roll20 has a learning curve and it's hard to master, I do expect our 'st sessions to be messy and somewhat crappy due my limited knowledge of the online tool, I was excitedly creating tokens, NPCs stats and had no issue by selecting a NPC portrait and using control+C / control+V to get their portraits into Windows Paint and then uploading it to the online platform.

Next phase was to upload maps, and since we do have the PDF Interactive Maps, I'd rather use those (where I can hide the DM/GM-only information or even grid information) than the ones in the main AP PDF, no to show more than I should.

Then I figured that the Interactive Maps PDF file doesn't NOT allow you to copy the maps, frustrating any plans I had for a better resolution spoiler-free map show to my players.

I know I can printscreen the maps with the GM and grid information off, but that results in a poor resolution image and whenever I attempt to scale it to the 70-pixel/5-feet gridline, it becomes blurry and unattractive.

Again, sorry if this was asked or addressed before or if this is not the right forum section to ask, but I could not find a similar thread anywhere.

If I opt to acquire the Pathfinder Campaign Setting Subscription, I'm currently given the option to choose between "Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea Monster Codex" or preorder "Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Hell Unleashed", but honestly I'm particularly interested in the "Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Giantslayer Poster Map Folio".

Since Hell Unleashed and Giantslayer Poster Map Folio are scheduled mid-July, I'm not sure if the option I'm looking will become available.

Also, wouldn't make more sense if the Giantslayer Poster Map Folio was included in the Pathfinder Adventure Path Ongoing Subscription instead?

Dear Customer support,

I'm starting to lose the joy of being a subscriber since this is the 3rd consecutive subscription shipment that I'm informed that my payment method was declined.

For the other 2 times, I have contacted your customer service, that is rapid in their response and very helpful, that informed that information was valid and after a res-submission the payment method was accepted and I could get my books, but honestly, having to contact you EVERYTIME I have a shipment is starting to become an unpleasant experience.

Could you please verify what needs (if any) to be changed in my payment information to make it a valid one once for all? This is the same option that use in other online stores with no issues at all.

This is my plea!!!

As my subscriptions payment were being denied over the weekend, I have contacted my credit card company to change the billing address to match exactly the one that is registered at my paizo account and get my purchase transaction approved. When it finally allowed me to do so, I was so eager to get it done that did not realized I was being charged $102.99 for a $49.98 purchase.

Oddly, in my previous purchase, I had paid $6.54 to get my book delivered using Standard Postal Delivery , which was quite acceptable to get a $15.99 book delivered.

Please good people at paizo, if the order Order 3472662 was not shipped yet, send it using Standard Postal Delivery method. Otherwise I'll be paying more than the costs of the 02 books to get them delivered.

tl;dr version: I have approved a purchase with a Shipping & Handling $53.01 using USPS Priority Mail and I want to change it to the Standard Postal Delivery method.

Dear Customer Service,

I have contacted my Credit Card company twice and they inform me that there is no information from this transaction being made or declined at their end.

I have updated my billing address information in my account at paizo and also at my credit card company in order to ensure that wouldn't be reason for such deny.

Can you please check or inform me the reason of this purchase being denied since I have previously purchased products from you?

Please note that I had a similar issue in my last order, at that time I have emailed your customer service but while afterwards I received an automated email informing that my order would be delivered, in no moment I received an reply from my contact with the customer service itself. Not sure if that is standard procedure, but I'd like a feedback when I take the time to contact you.

Lastly, please let me know if there is anything missing or amiss in my account information at paizo so I can prevent such inconvenience in my next (and future) orders and shipments.

Dear Customer Support,

As soon as I received your email notification I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that this transaction was authorized and billed on their side.

I even confirmed my billing address and it is the same I informed you in my order.

Please let me know how should I proceed.
