About Kotoro "Toro" Oathkeeper
Youngest son of a very respected warrior house, Kotoro is fulfilling a family oath to provide an armed escort and protection to the Starfinder Envoys as they travel. This honor debt came about because a Kasathan Starfinder gave her life saving a Vesk child from a predator. The family considers this a great honor to recognize the courage of the Starfinders, especially Kasathans.
