Placed an order for two hardback books in early June. Asked that they be shipped with my Adventure Path subscription. Got the subscription. Still haven't gotten the books. Order shows as pending. Any chance a customer service genie could kick these two hardbacks out of Pending Limbo and send them on their way? Or is there something else you need from me? Thanks in advance for your assistance (be it magical or mundane).

Dear Customer Service Wizards, I placed Order #3305735 on October 2, 2014. When it didn’t ship right away, I thought perhaps it was on hold, waiting to be shipped with my Adventure Path subscription. Unfortunately, AP #87 has shipped, and been delivered, and the shipping status of my previous order still reads "Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame” Sent an inquiry email to customer service on October 16. As of October 22nd, I have received no reply. Based on the number of similar posts on this forum, it looks like my situation is not unique. Still, if you have a chance, please check the status of the order for me, so I can at least know I'm still on your radar. Thanks so much.

Just to be clear, the description states that the fortress is comprised of six stalactites, but the description of a wall on the ground floor seems to indicate the these are actually stalagmites. So I'm assuming this fortress is on the ground, not up near the ceiling. Anyone care to clarify?

Strange things happen this close to the Mournlands. And I'm not just talking about the occasional mutated monster that finds it's way out of the mist and stumbles into "civilized" territory. I'm talking about really weird stuff, like hiccups in time that can last months, even years at a time. And no city gets a bigger share of the weird stuff than Vathirond. Looking around the town of Vathirond, it's hard to believe the war is over. You recognize the looks in people's eyes as you pass them. It's a look of of learned and practiced despondency. It's too far gone to call desperation. The people are cleary too used to hopelessness to feel desperate. Vathirond suffered during the war, but now, with the war two years gone, its disheartening to see so many downturned faces.
