"Whether he wants to come back or not is not the issue, even if he wants to come back Magnimar law state I need the approval of his next of kin to revive him...I can prepare the spell but I wont disturb his soul just to ask that question.
"It's true and lord Kyle and his uncle were never on very good terms, but we would need proof. Lord Kyle has been working to secure the region against raiders of late in fact I believe he asked you to clear a fort for him for just that reason. It could be Graylock killed him for that reason. If you can get me evidence that Kyle's uncle is responsible I would be willing to bend the rules and revive the young lord."
"Lord Kyle could easily afford the expense but he never formally requested to be resurrected in the event of his death, there are certain forms that need to be filled out and he never did. Now the decision would go to his next of kin...His uncle...I'm afraid there is little chance he will be resurrected. With his death all of Lord Kyle's properties and riches would go to his uncle. If he was revived it would all go back to Kyle...
"This is no doubt Gralyock's work. He is the leader of a band of gnoll raiders that have been targeting trade caravans coming from or too Magnimar for years. His targets have always seemed random and nobody has been able to catch him so far...I heard he fought with the Minx brothers more than once but each encounter ended with a draw. Assassination is odd however not something I would expect from a common bandit and why Lord kyle? You should know there is a bounty for Gralyock's head offered by the lord Mayor for 5000 gold. Take care however Gralyock's no easy prey."
