Has there been any updates on the status of the bug fix?

Sovereign Court

I really hope the magic item consumption is tied to the gp value of the item rather than caster level or equivalent spell level. I think that would help cut down on the worries over cheap consumables.

What I would like to see would be any of the following:

A full-blown urban campaign set in Taldor.

A return to the Mwangi Expanse to search for remnants of Jtembe's legacy.

An expedition to reclaim a Sky Citadel.

A Wuxia style Tian game.

An AP centered around discovering the truth behind Aroden's demise.

Hollow Mountain.

A large-scale conspiracy game where the Aspis Consortium are the obvious bad guys, and it is evident right from the relative beginning, instead of the usual learn about the plot somewhere around book 3. The mystery would be in figuring out the goal, not the bad guys.

Building a Better Man - the truth behind Hermea.

Sun Temple Colony or explore lost Azlant while dealing with Mordant Spire.

A heist game where what is stolen is far more trouble than it was worth.

I want to see an alchemist/summoner hybrid that focuses on the creation of life. Change the eidolon to a magical beast, and make the class a "mad arcanist" such as those that created the original bullette or owlbear. The other option would be start with a druid's animal companion and begin throwing evolutions on top of it.

The phrase "In all ways, a metamagic spell operates at its original spell level, even though it is prepared and cast using a higher-level spell slot."

How is that not clear? The sole exeption is clearly and explicitly cited in Heighten Spell.

An empowered fireball can also be maximized with a Lesser Rod of Maximised Spell. Why? Because the fireball is a 3rd level spell. The fact that it is empowered only means you need a heigher level slot to memorise it. In all ways it is still used and affected like a third level spell as stated clearly and unambiguously in the description of metamagic.

So your empowered maximized fireball could be put into a wand priced as a 3rd level spell, right?

'In all ways' is simply a lie.

They have multiple terms that use 'spell level' and are not clear when one is being used instead of another. Worse they coincide frequently.

From the CRB

Magic Items and Metamagic Spells: With the right item creation feat, you can store a metamagic version of a spell in a scroll, potion, or wand. Level limits for potions and wands apply to the spell's higher spell level (after the application of the metamagic feat).
