Hello again,

based on suggestions of a more experienced online player, I decided to post an addition to my submission with more concrete decisions about the profile of my character I would like to play, since he mentioned I left too much open to the DM, which makes it seem like I cannot decide. I am open to changes to the character if needed or wanted by the DM, but this would be my preference:

Lyan Ryzer, female elven cleric consecrated to the god Sarenrae. She is a fighter (with a long sword and magic) and a healer who puts the good of the group above personal glory when it comes to battle. She would remain fully a cleric (no prestige classes or multiclassing). The main calling of Lyan would be healing and the protection of nature and justice. She doesn't hesitate to fight and serve justice, although what she considers justice doesn't always have to coincide with what Sarenrae thinks.

Lyan is honest, a faithful companion who protects those she trusts, but if the trust is broken, forgiveness has to be earned. She believes in the principles of her goddess, but hates to be part of the order in the temple and that is why she chooses and asks to go on missions for her temple or act as an embodiment or example of the faith across the lands. She hates to be commanded, has a problem with authority and restrictions (whether travel, moral or behavior) placed on her by her class and temple (even though she may act by them naturally). She wants to remain a member of the temple, however more as a free wandering adventurer.

Lyan was born in a fairly metropolitan city, where she had a chance to interact with a variety of races and classes and encountered lots of trades. The city she grew up in also encouraged her need to be more free and independent, to become part of an adventuring group. She is patient and easy to get along with, but if her patience wears out she is quick to action (fight). Although she is a cleric, a person dedicated to the help of others, she is selfish when it comes to magical or rare items. In this aspect she almost resembles a rogue, if she hears of treasure and magical items that might be useful to her, she goes after them or when within a group sides with those who want to pursue them, even though it may be detrimental to the current mission of the adventuring party. She wouldn't even mind stealing the items if she found them interesting even though stealing goes against what her class preaches.

Lyan's origins are not well known. Her mother died during childbirth and the father is unknown, which makes her status in the city an orphan (although the father might reappear). After her mother's death, she was raised by the other clerics in the temple. As a child, she had a tendency to disappear from her prayers and was usually found training with a sword or helping the local medicine men and healers, but always outside. She doesn't like to be closed up in one space for too long. She had a few friends as a child, but due to her upbringing didn't spend much time around other children. She gets along better with well rounded adults and those who have similar interests to hers. She loves animals, although was unable to keep one by orders of the temple.

Appearance: Gold like long (up to waist) slightly curled, but mostly straight hair, yellow big eyes, athletic body, innate grace with typical elven features.

Hope this gives a more detailed view of what I would prefer to play than my previous post. If other information will be asked for, I'll try to provide it as soon as possible.

I would also like to post a submission if still possible.

A) Any AP is fine with me, I haven't played or read any of them before, but I am sure each one has interesting aspects so whichever one is chosen will be exciting.

B) An elven female cleric by the name of Lyan Ryzer consecrated to the god Desna or Sarenrae or Gozreh (if one of them is more preferable by the DM then that particular god, if not, I would choose one. At the moment I am leaning towards, Sarenrae). The cleric would be an active fighting member of the group and has a tendency to use both a long sword and magic to attack. I would like the character to be the potential healer of the group, however also help out in fights (I don't like standing on the sidelines of a fight, however if healing is needed by others, I tend to set aside my attacks and heal instead). I would probably stay only a cleric, not even going into prestige classes or would try prestige classes associated with nature or healing (something in tune with the deity chosen).

C) Lyan would be of neutral good or lawful good alignment, I'd say that my cleric was classically trained at an elven temple, but was sent off as an emissary of the faith or fighter for the faith (to heal the sick around the world, to dispense justice, to protect nature or whatever aspect the god resides over). That would enable the character to join an adventuring group and travel the world, however stick with her class. I would like to play the cleric as a loyal and caring companion to the party, willing to stick up for what she believes in or who she believes. A cleric is my favorite class and I tend to play them good and moral, except they usually have a certain flaw that makes them not perfect.....in the current face to face game, the cleric has a weakness for gambling......so I would stick to this principle in this game as well. I think the cleric could have a blurred line of what are acceptable actions in terms of fighting or she would hoard magical items or treasure (perhaps some type of greed as his vice). The cleric could start of anywhere, whatever is needed by the DM. I'd say that she has no family, the temple is the only family she has known thus far. Lyan is from either a city or village (again what suits the DM however I would like the city to be metropolitan so Lyan would be familiar with many different races) surrounded by abundant nature, which is why she inclines towards this affiliation.

Appearance: I would like the cleric to appear almost angelic, but to make travelling easier, she would tend to wear robes, underneath them some light and a cape to cover up. Long blond golden or white silverish hair, dressed in white or yellow robes, blue or yellow big eyes, exudes grace, typical elven female height and weight.

D) PBP history, practically no games played online, however I am a player in a face to face campaign, where we meet once a week.
