Thank you for running this scenario. Chronicle sheet received. I think that the only thing that was missed (looking back through the adventure) was a casting of my inflict light wounds wand. I will add that to my sheet. :)

Day Job roll: Perform(String): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25 x2 per Gladhandling
Paid for two lesser restoration spells=120 gp. Also pitched in to pay to cure Hiko of her disease (2 castings of remove disease for a total of 300 gp possibly split 5 ways=60 gp).

After looking around the ship a little more, (Taking 10 for a 20) Hyrgan says "Let's get Guaril loaded up into one of the rowboats and take him back to see if he can be raised from the dead."

"Crud! Balon is down again! Kill the beast! Kill the beast!" He then steps back again and continues his performance.

"This isn't going to be good for me." Hyrgan ends the performance, then tries it again while stepping a little away from Balon and the octopoid. Another save.

Groaning, Hyrgan comes to. "Thanks to whoever healed me." He then tries to dance while lying down to make the devilfish think he is not worth attacking. He will then try to stand up while "dancing".
Harmless Performer, Will Save DC 15 to attack him.

"Gah!" Hyrgan cries out. Knowing that he won't be able to break out of the octo's grip, he strikes at it with his weapon. Shortsword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 181d4 ⇒ 1

Hyrgan charges the closest assassin with his shortsword. Mithral Shortsword+charge+flank: 1d20 + 6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 2 + 2 = 161d4 ⇒ 4

"So I guess we should head on over to that silhouette that kind of like a ship."

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Whichever action that required the Acrobatics roll Hyrgan will do it, then try to look around the deck of the ship.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30

I can't tell very easily from the map, but is there only one way in or out from the bank?

GM, please use the correct term for whoever Hyrgan will be talking to.
Hyrgan approaches one of the bankers and says "Good evening good sir/madam. I have a key here for a deposit box and I was hoping to withdraw it so we can keep it safe."
Not sure if it requires a Bluff or Diplomacy. Bluff is +9 and Diplomacy is +8, though.

Hyrgan moves forward and heals himself while humming. Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

"Dang it!" Hyrgan says, frustrated at not catching Halmont. Going back in the house, he drops his shortsword and draws his sling to try to hit the elemental from a distance, but the mist is still playing tricks with his mind.
Sling: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (6) + 5 - 4 = 7

Fort Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19 Can I summon a creature that I can't communicate with and have someone else tell it what to do? With summon monster 1 I can summon a creature that has scent but I can't tell it to track Halmont. Can I get Eolowyn to try and do that?

Hyrgan goes over to the door, opens it, then steps outside. He looks at the ground trying to find tracks or something that Halmont might have left behind. Survival: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

After getting hit the two times, Hyrgan's anger turns into panic. He turns, does a backflip, and runs. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24

Forgot to update map yesterday. Fixed it. Hyrgan had moved one square away from the window. If that changes where the elemental is standing, and the elemental is further away from Hyrgan than now, then Hyrgan will move closer to it.
Moving closer to the elemental, Hyrgan slashes at it. Short Sword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
I don't think the combat tracker is correct. I'm not dead, I have only taken 2 damage.

Darn. Maybe Hyrgan would have known that if he had knowledge(planes)... Sound Burst: 1d8 ⇒ 8

Feeling angry for the first time in a long time, Hyrgan steps forward, takes a deep breath and yells wordlessly at the elemental. Fort DC 15, if failed is stunned. Damaged no matter what.

Hyrgan draws his shortsword and breaks the window between the doors behind house. Break Glass with weapon: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

Hyrgan checks the door that he is closest to for traps Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18 and checks if the door is locked.

I'm only judging about where the red x is. If that is not where the rope is, GM or Eolowyn can feel free to move my avatar to where it really is.

Stealth: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24
Hyrgan followed Eolowyn around the building and will stand watch at the base of her rope, near the rear doors, in case Halmont tries to run out the back door.

Hyrgan whispers "I hope the person in the room with the candle there doesn't notice us. Can you guys see it?" He then points at the window that has the candlelight. "Maybe a couple of us should stay at each door just in case he tries to run? And if there is an emergency we can all bust in."

"Yes, I would like to get to business as well. Shall we go?" Hyrgan says gleefully.

I do not Balon.
Hyrgan admires Eolowyn's dress. "Wow, you sure do clean up nice...Not that you didn't look good before but...That's a nice dress." Hyrgan finishes lamely.

Hyrgan also pays the clerics to restore his health and looks. Hyrgan will pay for two lesser restoration spells for a total of 120 gp.
Lesser Restoration: 2d4 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5

Use Magic Device: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27 Inflict Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Hyrgan is able to make his wand work and heals Balon a little. Then he tries to make his way over to Hiko.

Hyrgan waves the wand and touches Balon, but nothing happens. Use Magic Device: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

Seeing Balon fall, Hyrgan starts digging into his bag and pulls out a wand. He then moves forward. Hyrgan pulls out a wand of inflict wounds and moves to stand near Balon, ready to use his wand.

Frowning because the lady is out of reach on the ceiling, he moves over to the table and slings a bullet at her. Sling: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 151d3 ⇒ 1 I'm assuming that since she is 10 ft in the air I'm not shooting into melee?

Hyrgan moves behind Eolowyn and gives casting daze on the lady on the ceiling a shot. However, if she has 5 or more HD she is not affected...otherwise DC is 13.

Hyrgan is near the door and ready.

Hyrgan looks around the room Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25 while casting detect magic before going towards the room at the end of the corridor.

Hyrgan tries to send off another sling at the same blob again.
Sling into melee: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (1) + 5 - 4 = 2

Assuming that it's Hyrgan's turn now. The last combat tracker is kind of confusing.
Hyrgan heads back to the stairs, trying to avoid the attack from #2.

If he makes it, he will then send off another sling bullet, this time to #2. Sling into melee: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (6) + 5 - 4 = 7

"Oh my god, I just realized these are hungry flesh! Switch to bludgeoning or else these things will just keep growing!" yells Hyrgan. "And don't let them eat you!"

Since you missed that Hyrgan was also trying to remember what these things are, I rolled instead. Next time you can roll. :)K(dungeoneering): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

*EDIT*Barely able to keep his feet, Hyrgan moves forward to stand next to Eolowyn and pulls his shortsword out.

Well, Hyrgan has the second highest AC and was built as a jack-of-all-trades type character, so I guess he could take front instead of Hiko. He has a higher attack bonus by half however his damage is lower by half.

I vote either Eolowyn or Hiko to make the Perception check since they are tied for the highest Perception checks. How many aids can there be? I have the third highest, beating the next highest by 4.

The happy-go-lucky halfling turns serious and says "Yes, we must go there right away so that we can save whoever we can." With that, he turns and purposefully strides out of the room, moving as quick as his little legs can take him without looking like something is deadly wrong.

Hyrgan slaps his forehead. "Where are my manners? Pardon me, milord and ladies," Hyrgan takes a deep bow. "My name is Hyrgan, street performer extraordinaire."

Hyrgan bounds up to Balon. "I shall take your side here, Balon." Turning to Belladonna Trask, he says "I was once in your mindset that all undead are evil, but then I was traveling through Kaer Maga and went through an ossuary there where I found a zombie that was good and not mindless. My party and I had spared her undead life because it was the right thing to do." That might be as unspoilerish I can be for that adventure.

Will Save Bonuses: +2 bonus vs. fear, +4 bonus vs bardic performance, sonic, and language-dependent effects.
Diplomacy bonus: +2 when negotiating with fetchlings.
Knowledge (local) bonus: +2 when dealing with the local art or music scene.
Hyrgan also gets +2 Diplomacy or Intimidate checks made to influence crowds, and +3 Diplomacy checks to gather information...Just in case you weren't able to find them or if you need them.

Walking around, playing his lute Perform (strings): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13 while dodging some fruit he also overhears Maldris talking about The Hero's Welcome. "Sounds like a great idea!" Hyrgan says.

A halfing wearing gaudy clothes walks in with a smile on his face. He has a lute strapped to his back and a short sword on his side. "Hello everyone and greetings! My name is Hyrgan and I'll be partying with you during our adventure. I hope we will all become good friends and meet some new ones!" Apparently, he is a very happy-go-lucky little guy.
