I'm the author of that work and I've made it inactive as I have no interest in going against the intent of any rules or policies here.
I was under the impression that this constituted fair use as a derivative work under copyright law. Actually, legally, that's probably true, but that's beside the point. I'm not interested in fighting it. I spent many hours poring over the Paizo web site's pages about registering and publishing using the OGL just to be sure this was okay.
I wasn't even looking to make any "profit" -- I was planning to donate the revenue to the Vermont Foodbank. I only put a price on it because free works tend to never get looked at or taken seriously.
This simply arose because I'd come up with a bunch of stuff about the Shoanti and thought it might be nice to share it. The font (which isn't Paizo's property, incidentally) was because DriveThru wouldn't let me list it without making a "professional" cover.
Sorry for any impression I was trying to be underhanded here.
