In a different thread, the point was made that with 2e, GMs would not get a reward for their prep time for tables that did not fire.
At conventions, where race boons could earned, a table not making would not lead to the lose of the race boon. But with 2e, if a table did not fire, the GM would not earn any AcP. This is also a problem for non-convention tables.
So to our Campaign Leadership, please consider something that will allow GMs to earn AcP points for tables that don't fire.
My suggest would be 1 (or 2 points for cons) to acknowledge the extra time and effort that a GM puts into prepping a table.
And if this is a topic that is already being discussed, thank you!
The purpose of this thread is to ask that Archives of Nethys be declared as the official source for Organized Play Legality.
Currently, the Archives of Nethys website is the official source of the online rules for both editions of Pathfinder and Starfinder. However, to determine what is legal for PFS1e and SFS, one needs to check Additional Resources and Campaign Clarifications that are located on the Paizo website. To determine what is legal for PFS2e, one must check the guide found on the Organized Play Foundation website.
I know that there are a lot of people who believe that Archives of Nethys is the authorized source of legality for Organized Play. But as far as I know, no such declaration has been made.
I ask if you agree with me than flag this post as needing a FAQ.
If you don't agree, please provide information about why you don't agree.
I believe that the Archives of Nethys is not part of Paizo Inc. and is control by a third party. For Archives of Nethys to become the official source for Organized Play legality, it would likely require a greater level of commitment from the website administrators that they may not wish to have.
Planning has begun for the 4th Annual Omaha Pathfinder Charity Con (formally known as the Boys and Girls Club Con). We are moving to be more flexible and select the charities that we will work to benefit.
So this year, we will be benefiting Mission 22, a charity that works to help prevent the high number of suicides among our veterans. The Omaha lodge recently lost a gamer and we want to do something to honor him and maybe help others to continue enjoying their lives.
We will offer the latest Second Edition adventures as well as a selection of First Edition, Starfinder, and Adventure Card scenarios.
We are in need of Players and GMs so if interested, drop me a line!
Stay tuned for me information.
Since I have a new position this year I figured it would be a good idea to download my ID card before GenCon.
Since I am a VC now, I see that my email address has been added. Completely ok with this.
However, my stars/novas do not show up.
Anyone else having this problem?
Should I post on the website feedback?
I know it is the week of GenCon so not expecting a resolution right away but wanted to try and let the powers that be know about the problem.
I hope this will be allowed. If not, I understand.
The Omaha Lodge is doing well. I have not heard of any of our players being directly impacted.
This being said, a great number of people in the Omaha area have been. Please help if you can through the available channels.

I am only running one table this year because I will have my son and we will enjoy the con.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Con!
I ran a table of the Starfinder Special at GenCon 2017 on Thursday Night. It was 1-00, Salvations End.
I have not seen this table reported for me. As we were wrapping up, I know at least one person took a picture of the reporting sheet.
If you played and took a picture of the reporting sheet, please contact me so I can see if it was my table.
There is another discussion on this topic located here.
I am requesting a FAQ on this question.
If there is a tie on Initiative Count caused by a creature taking a Ready or Delay action, how should this tie be handled?
After a year off, the Omaha Organized Play Lodge will be organizing adventures for Pathfinder Society, Starfinder Society, and Adventure Card Games at PretzCon 2018 from April 27 to 29. PretzCon is being held at the Ralston Arena for the third year in a row!
We are giving the Scarab Sages a send off! We have lined up as many of the Scarab Sages scenarios as we can fit in and will be running them through out PretzCon.
Missed out on part of Destiny of the Sands? Or Tyranny of the Winds? Want to see how the sage jewels were created? Want to play in the Salvation of the Sages?
We have them all!
For Starfinder, we are offering the Dead Suns Adventure Path! Part 1 and Part 2, played in campaign mode for society credit, is being offered on Friday and Sunday.
On Saturday, we will have the evergreen, 1-01, The Commencement, as well as 1-10, The Half Alive Streets, and 1-11, In Pursuit of the Scoured Past!
Looking for players and for GMs.
Register at pretzcon.org to play or GM.
To sign up for a table, see our Google Doc.
There is a charity boon for Starfinder that allows a player to slot a different ship called the Manticore.
Looking at the ship, I think there is an error on the boon sheet.
The Tier 6 ship shows an AC of 16 and TL of 16. However, the ship has mk 6 Armor, which has a -1 TL.
What should the player use? TL of 16 as shown on the boon or TL of 15 per the rules?

The scheduled of adventures will follow.
Many of the item listed under Hybrid Items, beginning on page 226, do not explicitly state that if they are being worn.
This is causing confusion because of the limit of two worn magic/hybrid items.
Can the items in this section be clarified for what is worn and what is not worn?
Question are on Mindlink Circlet, Efficient Bandolier, Psychic Booster, and Null-Space Chamber as these items do not explicitly state that they are worn.
I play in the Society universe. Right now there is a discussion going on about what non-core races and how soon those non-core races should be made available for play.
I am curious about what are Homebrew games doing about the new races made available by the Alien Archive? Are you playing them all? Only some?
Any explanation as to why the decision was made the way it was would be great.
I am requesting a refund on order 4420340.
I have volunteered to GM four adventures at NukeCon in Omaha Nebraska this weekend, Oct 6 to 9.
I signed up to run Starfinder Into the Unknown Quest pack, 8-17 Refugees of the Weary Sky, 8-22 Wrath of the Fleshwarped Queen, and 8-99 Solstice Scar.
I purchased with store credit 8-17 and 8-22 on 9/29/17 because the con was a week away and I needed time to prepare. I did not purchase 8-99 because I do not qualify to purchase it outside of a convention.
Today I received 8-99 in my downloads. This means that convention support has been approved for me for the adventures I had signed up for.
This is why I am asking to have my store credit restored for 8-17 and 8-22.
I have tried to find an answer but have had no luck.
On an adventure, there is a magic item listed as "Items Found During This Scenario". The magic item is not listed as being purchasable on the chronicle sheet.
Do I get the magic item for free?
See spoiler for the adventure.
