They made it a longsword. Had they made it a finesse weapon, I would have thought about it.

I do have characters that would use the longsword, but I think almost all of them have already leveled out of tier for this.

This was a fun series of adventures and I'm really glad to have played through it.

Looking down at Sharrowsmith's body, Guy says “Certainly not the way I would want to end my career.” There is a mixture of sadness and disappointment in his voice.

Do I get an Attack of Opportunity on the leader with him moving in and back out like that? I am Kitsune, so the bite threatens.
I am guessing not, sounds like he used Spring Attack along with some other special allowing him to move that much. Still want to check.
Am I understanding things correctly that none of them are blinded any more?

Is it alright if I move the guardian off the platform? I'm thinking of moving it off to where the pillars are since no one is likely to be in that area.

If possible I would like cover bonus from anyone on the ground.

Inspire courage, +2 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +2 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.

So I think we are waiting for two things:
1. Toral to rephrase his answer to make it more of an answer and apologetic so he can use diplomacy
2. Someone to step up with Intimidate to answer if we were the ones who killed those kobolds two weeks ago.

Summary of earlier kobold battle.

Found first miners being attacked by undead. They told us more miners were taken away by Kobolds before the undead showed up.

We followed and found them holding people prisoner.

We slew the kobolds that looked to be about to murder the prisoners in a ritual. We allowed the remaining kobolds to flee.

I am guessing this is connected to the battle they are asking about.

It really feels like we are getting into trouble because we aren't understanding the rule mechanics being used. There is also some problems with content, but it feels like it is mostly rules.

What rules are being used for this skill challenge?

Is it a single person makes the check and others can aid? Is it each person makes the check and number of successes is used? Is it everyone rolls and highest is used and others are considered Aid Another Attempts?

I have seen all of the above and more mechanics used in this sort of situation. Although what we say is likely to be somewhat the same, what we do in terms of dice rolls would be considerably different.
