Option 1. Simple and renews every year. The other ways of replay (Expanded Narrative) apparently still persist, so extra flexibility there. Prize table seems an elegant way to consume outstanding boons. I intend to eventually use all my PF1 boons in PFS 1st edition games, except maybe Xenophilia :-)
Fantastic news! Tonya Woldridge, Organized Play Coordinator at Paizo, is attending PaizoCon Oz in October! She is running retired scenarios not normally available for play (PFS 0-19: Skeleton Moon & PFS 0-25: Hands of the Muted God). She is also running a table at the Starfinder Special SFS 01-00: Claim to Salvation on Sunday afternoon.
Looking forward to it. I am thinking of playing Pointypridd, my male tengu monk 2. He is front-line fighter. Blue-black feathers cover this crow-headed humanoid with black eyes, his hands and legs end in powerful talons. He wears plain black monk robes with a bewildering array of exotic weapons. Pointypridd is not his real name, it is the name he was given when he arrived without warning in the town of the same name. He made the mistake of insulting an old woman who turned out to be a powerful wizard in Tian Xia. She teleported him to the other side of the world, and he serves the Pathfinder Society in the hope of finally being able to return home.

Hi Katina It's early days yet to decide this. The Green Dragon Inn is half full already. Paizo staff spoiler: We have reserved three (3) spots for Paizo staff if that makes any difference :-) We'd love to see as many of you as possible over in Hobbiton!
I hear you, Mourn Blackhand: I don't play MMOs, I play Pathfinder RPG. I'm enormously annoyed with PFO right now. I want to be out there bashing goblins. I can only take one goblin at a time, otherwise I die. Instead I'm messing around trying to make ... woollen mittens (actually I'm trying to make a longbow and some armour. It's so boooorinnng!) PFO is a serious disappointment. I want to play a game not stuff about on such minute trivia! I just don't have the time to waste on this inane make-work.
