I know he could take a feat to become proficient, but would it be feasible to make the Channeling Shield into a ring? Put channeling on a buckler. A masterwork buckler (which is required for it to be magic) has no penalty for using it while not proficient.
Vector should never use a full round attack, because mythic vital strike is vastly better than his two slams. Using mythic power attack and mythic vital strike, his attack should be: Slam: +26 (6d6 +72 plus erasure) Due to mythic power attack, on a crit it would be: Slam: +26 (12d6 +234 plus erasure) This is using the RAI reading of mythic vital strike, but mythic vital strike is very poorly worded. A RAW reading is much nastier: (6d6 +144 plus erasure) for the normal attack and (12d6 +468 plus erasure) for a crit. He can potentially do two of those in a round.
I had a great time as well. I got to run three wonderful tables of Through the Maelstrom Rift as well a fantastic table of the Cosmic Captive. The Cosmic Captive was especially noteworthy for how the players (and especially the GM) were about as spent as the characters were after the dragon fight. It was a great pleasure to run for so many notable players.

Advanced Player's Guide, page 27 wrote: An extract is “cast” by drinking it, as if imbibing a potion—the effects of an extract exactly duplicate the spell upon which its formula is based, save that the spell always affects only the drinking alchemist. Alchemist extracts always affects only the the Alchemist. The spell Full Pouch has a target of object touched with a further restriction that the target touched must be an alchemical item. For the purposes of targeting, an Alchemist is neither an object nor an alchemical item and is therefore not a valid target for the spell. Alchemists can, however, use Spell-Trigger items if the spell is on the Alchemist spell list, so they can use wands of Full Pouch or other similar spells.
Note that this is one of several cases in which a spell is said to be on the alchemist list, but an alchemist can't actually use it as an extract due to the target being an object touched rather than a creature. It's on the list so that they can use wands of it without issue. Other than that, yes, they can duplicate alchemical items.
The current list of scenarios that qualify as specials for 5 star status is: 2:0 Year of the Shadow Lodge
I understand that Abadar is a LN god and that he can have Clerics of LE alignment, but I'm having trouble understanding how Kaarim's actions haven't resulted in him losing his powers. He's personally committed theft, and his actions have directly led to the destabilization of Pashow, the interruption of lawful commerce, and have in general harmed the community. Clerics may not have quite the behavior restrictions that paladins do, but this does seem to qualify as a gross violation of Abadar's code of conduct.
The subscription that you are likely talking about is to new books that Paizo publishes each month. There are several different subscriptions, each to a different line of products. While I am personally subscribed to many of them, I wouldn't recommend that you get a subscription until you are more familiar with the individual product lines. It wouldn't do you much good to get a subscription to a line of products that you have no use for.
Question 1: Her boss, effectively, is the electorate. If an elected official does not perform their job then they can be voted out in the next election. Question 2: She's the head of her office, and the reason that her office isn't issuing marriage licenses. Again, she doesn't really have an 'employer' other than the citizens of her county. Complaints against elected officials are normally handled in one of three ways: elections, courts, and (rarely) impeachment. Question 3: The Kentucky state legislature is the only body that could remove her from office before an election. This is unlikely for a few reasons: the majority of the Kentucky legislature likely agrees with her, and even if they didn't they are not in session right now. Yes, she is pretty much "totally left to her own whims and devices." She's still answerable to the courts, however, and I expect some significant fines tomorrow morning. There's also the potential for jail time, which will largely depend on how willing the judge is to make a martyr out of her.
No, that is not at all legit per the AP. Evil outsiders have the subtype (evil) regardless of where they are. This is what an evil outsider bane needs, so it will work. It's a very, very good enchant for WotR. That said, if your GM is giving you a hard time about that then just get a Demon Bane enchant. It's not quite as good, but if he tries to claim that demons cease to be demons in the Abyss then I'd suggest that you find a new GM.

A module, like The Harrowing or Carrion Hill is a much smaller investment of time and resources than a full AP like Runelords. Heck, I've been running my Runelords game for over two years now, and we've just recently finished the first half. Personally, I'd recommend We Be Goblins! which is short, very fun (particularly if everyone does goblin voices), and free. It also includes 4 premade goblin characters for the players to play.

I don't have any of the card game items in my subscription and my order still hasn't shipped. Everything in my order is listed as in stock on the site, too. To be honest, I'm starting to wonder if there's an issue with my order. I hadn't wanted to post because I realize the Paizo staff was very busy with Gencon, but even if my order shipped today I wouldn't get anything in it until 2 weeks past the time I could have simply gone to my FLGS to pick everything up in person. It's a little frustrating.
I'm running WotR with a fairly heavy power gaming group and am wondering what to do with the two of my PCs who chose the Touched by Divinity campaign trait. One is NG Tiefling summoner, the other a LN (but starting to trend towards LE) Dhampir Cavalier/Cleric. Both chose Desna as their deity for the purposes of the campaign trait, mostly to get the luck domain spells (mainly miracle) as spell like abilities using mythic power. I'm fairly clear on how to handle that if they start to abuse it, but it does seem a bit too much. More troubling is how I'm supposed to maintain a straight face when I tell a Tiefling and a Dhampir that Desna is really their mother. The party will arrive at Drezen next session, so I have some time before this comes to a head, but I was curious if anyone else had had similar issues with their PCs or otherwise had suggestions on how to handle it. |
